Never Again
Tiny bunch of flowers for £19.99 I could have got the same bunch from a garage for less than £5! Also advertised with a free box of chocolates which were not delivered. The response I received is they were sent out so pretty much tough luck. Also advertised as 100% satisfaction guaranteed which is laughable. Terrible flowers terrible service

Droopy!
Received a present of flowers from a friend and they arrived and proceeded to wilt and die within 2 days. On complaining to Asda they said they would resend another bunch on a day of my choice. They didn't keep to the date I requested and they arrived in my absence and were once again in a terrible state. I complained again and received no response.
Birthday Gift - Campanulla In Decorative Watering Can
This took four days from despatch to reach me. The packaging was very poor. It came in a box about 4 times bigger than the plant. The plant had come out of the pot and was loose inside the box. The plant was dry and several stems were broken. It had not been fastened securely inside the box and had been badly handled.
According to the relative who sent it, it should have been a next day delivery.

Rose & Lily Bouquet
I ordered a rose & lily bouquet for my mums birthday, at a cost of £32.00, the bouquet was meant to be a 'supersize'! On arrival, the bouquet was very small & the roses were in full bloom & only lasted 2 days before they had to be thrown away! I was extremely disappointed & annoyed with the quality & price that was paid for a very poor bouquet of flowers! I complained to customer service but they didn't want to know! I won't order any flowers from asda again!

Very Poor Service & Quality
I ordered flowers for a mothers day gift to be delivered to her home address. In error I got one digit wrong in her post code although not sufficient an so as to be an excuse not to deliver the flowers. The flowers arrived at my mother's two days after mothers day and we're in her words 'PATHETIC & DISGRACEFUL". I complained and was told espite having the delivery driver having my mothers address, the error in the postcode was the reason for the delay. I feel this very poor service and feel that Asda did not use their best endeavours to locate my mother's address within the time scale agreed. In addition to this the quality and the condition of the flowers were awful. I was given a 20 per cent discount as a gesture of goodwill leaving my mother very disappointed. I will never use asda flowers again.

Shocking Waste Of Money. Use A Florist.
Received flowers from family members for my 50th Birthday. I'm to embarrassed to tell them that they wasted money. "Bouquet" arrived packed in big box and was appalled to find, what appeared to be their standard £5.99 bunch of flowers - 2 roses, 2 Chrysanthemums & 3 pink daisy type flowers- with the bottoms wrapped in, what looked like a small wet nappy. Box says Spring Dream - checked their website & neither description nor illustration in any way match what arrived - and they charge £24.99 for this?? No wonder they pack them in a box. Totally shocking. And as for the "personalised card" - standard computer print, all words together, no punctuation. Quite possibly the worst flower delivery I've ever had.

Poor Quality Flowers And Customer Service!!! Do Not Buy!!!
Ordered flowers for my mum for Mother's Day 9 days before Mother's Day and realised it had my address as delivery address. The offices were closed from 5pm Friday evening until 9am Monday morning so I couldn't rectify IT straight away. However, I rang on Monday am and eventually got through to customer service at lunchtime to then be told that I couldn't change the address as I needec to give 5 working days notice to change order. I explained that I had tried ringing all morning as they were closed over weekend and explained that the website did not give me an option to change delivery address. They still would not help me or let me cancel the order. Very unhelpful!! When the flowers arrived, they looked pathetic, tiny bouquet. I received much nicer flowers from my little boy from Aldi for a 1/4 of the price. I was actually glad that my mum did not receive these flowers as they were awful. A waste of money! DO NOT USE ASDA FLOWERS!!!!

Mother's Day 'bouquet'
My son ordered Mother's Day flowers for me which arrived at 6pm on Mother's Day. What a disappointing bunch of wilting tulips already shedding petals and a couple of small carnation sprays which were dry and battered. I was so disappointed. Come on Asda deal with the complaints!
More Poor Service Asda Flowers
Order went through on own address so ended up buying myself flowers that I didn't want as they would not change address even though I phoned straight away. I was shocked with what they delivered,I had bought the Same bunch two days before for ten pounds and was charged £26 for free home delivery, how do they explain that one,I would like a refund but as usual there is no one to talk to. Disgusted with asda.
