Worst Service Ever
I ordered a bracelet in February. As it broke on first wearing I phoned Jewelryboxx and when they eventually answered the phone they sounded quite sympathetic and said if I returned it they'd fix it and pay postage. a month later I phoned and again when I finally got an answer I was told it had arrived and was being mended. 6 months later, despite a letter and e mails I have no refund or bracelet. No answer from their phone again today and guess what, my e mail informing them that this is a breach of contract before I send my pre- action letter has been returned because their inbox is full!!!

Rubbish. I should have read everyone's reviews online before ordering from this place as it seems to be a regular issue with Jewellery Boxx. I ordered a pendant for my fiance's birthday on the 27th March 2011. It was for his birthday and was a special occasion as I was leaving the country and moving to Australia, with my fiance coming 4 weeks after me. It was important this got to him prior to him leaving his job for obvious reasons as he was then leaving the country as well. Needless to say the gift still hasn't turned up and despite me emailing I have heard nothing. Not a word. My fiance has now left and there is no need for the pendant anymore and the sentiment was entirely lost. Absolute poor service and I will be expecting a refund and if I continue to not hear anything I will take it as far as I have to in order to recover my money. The fact this thing happens all the time by the looks of it just makes me think it is complete incompetence and disorganisation. It's not hard to communicate with your customers or just send the fricken goods.

I wrote my first review on 30 April 2011. Funnily enough I heard back from Jewellery Boxx after they saw my review on here, fancy that! They even told me my review was 'a bit harsh'. You think? Ordering a gift, paying for it, not receiving it and not receiving any communication or a refund I think is a bit harsh. However, my review prompted some action and I heard from Richard - great! He blamed Royal Mail of course, wasn't anything they'd done, and told me that if I had contacted them earlier they would have organised a more secure and trackable form of delivering it. Oh? Great - begs the question of why not always use a courier when sending valuable jewellery? Something about cost and not being able to absorb it and not wanting to pass it on to customers, who I'm sure would be very happy to pay £5 extra to get their goods on time and safely. Not to mention I'd also been trying to contact them for weeks. However, we sorted that out and Richard apologised and he was going to organise a refund given I no longer wanted the goods. I certainly didn't trust that it would find it's way to Australia if it couldn't even reach me in the London! A refund was getting organised immediately, hooray! It would show in 7 working days and I agreed to remove my review if I receieved my money back. Fair and reasonable! That was the 6th May. It is now 29th May and still no refund nor any responses to my follow up emails asking what's going on... At this stage, Jewellery Boxx have essentially stolen from me. No emails or correspondence and no money, and no product after 3 months. Neat! I emailed Richard once again demanding once to know where my money is, and he replies finally today with one line saying 'Can I send you a cheque?' Erm - NO YOU CAN'T. I live in Australia, you said you had ALREADY REFUNDED IT TO MY CARD. So now I'm being lied to as well? I don't want a cheque, I want my money in my account pronto. I am now seeking legal advice. Folks - don't do it, do NOT use this place. You've been warned. I find it quite funny that it appears my previous account for the review centre has been blocked as well - anyone smell a rat?

I found this review not helpful because...I had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund on the money they took from me and delivered nothing. I think you are very lucky. Seems pot luck if they send you anything once they have your money.

I Have Used Jewellery Boxx On Several Occasions An
I have used Jewellery Boxx on several occasions and each time I have found them to be efficient and good quality jewellery and service - even when I had to return a bracelet with a faulty clasp, I was sent a completely new one with no further charges ie postage etc. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
I found this review not helpful because...this is not my experience. Taking the money and then not delivering the goods is what I received. Your clearly a gambler if you want to use this company again. I wish you luck!

This jewellery have some great items, especially the men's range, and at great value. I ordered a silver ring on the monday and it arrived on the wednesday in lovely packaging - helpful staff too. I would recommend this site and use it again. AF

I Bought A Bracelet For A Friend For His Birthday
I bought a bracelet for a friend for his birthday and it arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the bracelet was too big so I contacted Jewelleryboxx who were extremely helpful and offered to arrange for the bracelet to be made smaller, at no cost to myself. Jewelleryboxx were very helpful every time I phoned for a progress report and I have now received the bracelet back. I'd like to thank Richard and James for their excellent service (& also Raj at sevonlondon) and I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

PLEASE do NOT use Jewelleryboxx.com I ordered a necklace for my son for Christmas. The payment was taken on the 11/12/10. I still to date have not received the necklace. Eventually after numerous emails, involving safe buy and eventually getting through to James on the phone, I was advised the item was out of stock and to select another one. I did this on 12/1/11 and was promised the item by 16/1/11. Still waiting!! I have now had to involve the Consumer direct department at Trading Standards and Safebuy who advertise on their web site. I will also write to Watchdog. If anyone else has received the same service and paid for an item that they have never received - please email http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/contact?action=complain and [email protected].
Thank you Jewelleryboxx.com - I hope you feel proud of yourselves, that you have left my son with very little for Christmas and then disappointed him for a second time when you promised to send out the re-ordered one.
I feel for you. This was my experience too. This company offeres very poor service and should not be used. Other companies are much better as you get what you ordered!
Argh I am in the same position as you! If only I had've seen this site before placing an order with Jewellery Boxx. 3 months and no goods, no refund and just poor service and lies. I am also taking it further and seeking advice, the email trails I have really don't do Jewellery Boxx justice! Unbelievable! Funny how these messages are all moderated now when previously it was freedom of speech - my previous account was blocked, interesting - reckon they have agreements with some people on here?!
I found this review very helpful because...it sounds exactly how this compamy does business. Very badly with terrible customer service. If you don`t want to wast hours of your time calling and emailing this company that never answers once they have your money then don`t use them.
This issue has now been fully rectified. There was a technical problem with the original order which unfortunately affected the second necklace being dispatched. The customer now has a full refund. We are a member of Safebuy and continue to be a member for the simple reason that we provide excellent service. Unfortunately sometimes there are issues but we try are best to deal with them quickly. This order, sadly, wasn't the best but we learn from our mistakes!

Ordered A Gold Onyx Ring From This Company, Paymen
Ordered a Gold onyx ring from this company, payment was taken right away but I was then sent an e-mail informing me they did not have my item in stock and suppliers couldn't supply until next yr they left a contact number which I have tried many many times with no luck, the 1st time being 13th Dec 2010 and I have left messages on their phone line on a couple of occasions asking if someone could contact me to let me know what was happening with my order.
I have also sent several e-mails , but they have made no contact with me since the initial e-mail.
Eventually after leaving messages with no response from them, I left a message informing them by phone and e-mail that I wanted a refund and I was not happy with the way that they conduct their business.
As of today 7th Jan 2011 I still have had no correspondence from them or A REFUND (which I am not surprised at all considering the bad service I have received from the start).
I will never use this company again and I will be making sure I tell as many people as possible about my bad experience.
I now have to find out what I do next to ensure I get my money back?
For them to take my money knowing they didn't have the item in stock is really disgraceful, this was a Christmas present for my Fiance and because I couldn't get my refund I didn't have the money to try and get another one or get something else which spoilt my Christmas, I hope they are happy.

Report them to Sagepay. It was the only way they took notice and returned the money they had taken from me. The email mentioned by Richard below they don`t answer. They usually claim the emails went to spam. Funny how only the complaint ones go to spam!

I know exactly how you feel. I have not received a Christmas Present my partner bought from them before Christmas. They are very apologetic when you eventually get hold of them but it is now 21st January and I am still waiting for the xmas pressie. Your review was emotive and well written. I feel empathy towards you because I too feel just as let down and frustrated by them.

I Said I Would Post If I Received My Order, Which
I said I would post if I received my order, which I did and an apology for the lateness. They had problem with the phone when I was trying to contact them. They sent me an email explaining why my order was delayed and promised next day delivery which I did get. The phone is now working and I have spoken to the guy and he did apologise profusely saying I could return the goods if not happy with them but I am very pleased and will keep them. I believe they were sorry and sometimes things happen that you cannot control and I will order from them again when the occasion arises. Please do not be put off by some of the reviews as I was initially and give them a chance and you will be pleased with anything you order from them.
problems with their phones??? is that why I have never had a call answered. NOW they also have a full mail box so don't bother e mailing them that won't get through either. Trading standards next stop

Bought several items from this company and have been please with all of them. I spoke to 2 guys, one called Richard who was extremely helpful when I couldn't decide what to get my daughter for her birthday. Would use again
