Sunseeker Doors Aluminium Bifolding Doors

We had sunseeker bifolding doors installed in our previous home and they performed flawlessly for ten years.

When we moved to our current home, we had sunseeker ultraslim doors installed. That was two years ago and... so far, so good! They look great and they are brilliantly functional. One thing I would suggest is that you ask them to supply hooks so that the doors don't blow about in windy weather.

I bought an aluminium door last year

He has always been available for my questions and gave me peace of mind I will always have someone to go to in case something could have happened with the installation or the door.

The door was installed and is extremely beautiful however we had a couple of issues with a faulty handle.

I emailed him about the issue and straight away the customer service team and they got back to me and sent an engineer at 11am of the very same day the issues was reported.

I couldn’t be happier as I know that I wasn’t just sold a door but I have a whole team of people that will be there if me if I ever need it again.

I am delighted with the installation carried out in 2019 of 9 ultra slim slide and pivot terrace doors in our home in Surrey. They are incredibly easy to operate and allow us to open up our entire kitchen onto the garden providing a unique entertaining space. Sunseeker Doors Limited are a very efficient and helpful company to deal with. Everything was delivered and installed on schedule and they returned to service the doors prior to the build completion just to make sure everything was functioning correctly. We had the system serviced again a couple of weeks ago and again the engineer came at the appointed time and could not have been more professional. Owing to covid restrictions there is a specific format that must be followed on the internet to book a call out but we only had to wait 3 days for a service appointment. Excellent service all round and i would be happy to recommend them to anyone planning an installation similar to mine.

We purchased 2 sets of Ultra slim pivot & slide door systems, in total they consisted of approx 9 Mts. and eleven door panels at a height of 2500mm.

From point of contact/order we have nothing but praise for the manner in which we were handled & the curtsey extended to us throughout this experience, this was some 4 years ago. We only every had one issue with the doors and although it took some time to make an appointment for a service call, on arrival the men knew exactly what they were doing, nothing but praise. It amazes me how some people can't understand that we have been in a once in a life time pandemic, I can just imagine what the company has been through and what it is still going through, having to cope with all the problems caused by covid 19.!!!! I recommend this company highly and wish them very good luck into the future, for producing a quality of life changing experience. And all British made & designed!!! SH

The pivot doors are great and much admired by friends but the heat we experienced over last couple of weeks meant we could not close and lock properly. After an initial delay to sorting when our email went to the correct hands it was dealt with promptly within 48 hours and the doors were serviced at same time. Many thanks for prompt response.

These have been a terrific set of four sliding/pivoting doors. They were fitted three years ago by Sunseeker in a pre-prepared 4m opening made by our builders. We chose them for two outstanding features compared to others we looked at - the very narrow frames and the ability to choose exactly how much of the doors you have open compared to the "all or nothing" concertina action of bi-folds. After you open the traffic door 90 degrees, each of the other doors slides smoothly to wherever you want them, or you can slide any number of them to the end where they can pivot 90 degrees and stack against the traffic door. We've done a lot of work to our house and I can honestly say these have been the best addition we've made.

The "traffic" door is our principal access to the garden so has had a lot of use by our children. As a result it recently needed a bit of adjusting to keep it swinging closed as smoothly as it had originally. Despite being out of warranty, Sunseeker waived any fee for the service visit. Their cheerful engineer turned up as arranged and quickly sorted the problem as well as giving the whole set of doors a check over and advised on maintaining them. I'd thoroughly recommend them.

My Sunseeker doors were installed 3 years ago and I love them; they look great and the slimline frames are perfect for my small-ish terrace room. I recently had a slight issue with them (the sealed connection at the door end was failing) and contacted Sunseekers to arrange a service call. The reason I am giving a 4 star review and not a 5 star one is that I had no response to my first email. However my follow up email was responded to quickly and a service date arranged for a few days afterwards. The service engineer was brilliant - arrived promptly, fixed the problem and gave the whole system a service. I would definitely recommend Sunseeker doors and, on recent experience, would say that their customer service is very good.

We had sunseeker install doors 5 years ago in our house . Never had problems with them and love them .November last year I managed to lose one of the magnets for the integral blinds .I tried to contact the office but had no luck. Emails not replied to and calls not answered. I decided to pop into the office in Luton last week. I met a lovely lady who explained she had started last week and her sole job was customer care .She said the company had struggled during the pandemic and now things are better for them ,she had been employed , a new van purchased and a dedicated service engineer stated .She then gave me new magnetic pulley for my blinds free of charge. Glad sunseekers have made an effort to up there game in the customer service department

We had installed a beautiful set of Frameless double glazed doors over a year ago, the doors became tight when sliding and a service engineer was dispatched and resolved the problem. Our experience from start to finish was excellent & we recommend this company highly. Especially bearing in mind that they were having to cope with the pandemic!!!
