Just got back from a week at Craig Tara with husband daughter and 19 year old granddaughter staying in 6 Gleneagles Close and would highly recommend it This is our 2nd stay in this caravan and it doesn’t disappoint The owners are also very easy to deal with which also makes a difference

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday. The caravan owner was professional and provided us with all the information we needed prior to the visit. The caravan was lovely, clean and had everything required for a wonderful holiday. The position of the caravan was perfect, close enough to the amenities. Will definitely be booking again

Checked caravan was available and the site listing confirmed it was, so went ahead and Booked and paid for this in full .

Next morning I get an email saying owner has declined booking , the reason " sorry took another booking this morning ".

Even though my booking was already in place, and paid for in full , they took on another booking probably for a longer stay and worth more money , so they thought they'd just cancel mine and go with the new booking!

Tried contacting owner for explanation and they simply misled saying this was already in place, when clearly it wasn't as the website was showing as available when I booked, also they had already told me they took on another booking this morning!

Do not book with these people. They are just in it for the money. If you book and another booking comes in after you and is worth more ££, they will simply cancel your booking and go with the one that is worth the most money even though yours may be in place first.

Do not take the risk and have your holiday ruined by these greedy people. Avoid and be safe , don't take the risk - book elsewhere!

Also , they do not let you publish bad reviews on the site .....the reviews have to be approved by the caravan owner first so if they don't like what you have written it doesn't get published! They will only ever publish the good reviews!

GREED HIDDEN BEHIND THE UNTRUE THAT THEIR ADVERTISING MORE WHEN ENQUIRIES ARE DOWN.

They don't listen to owners and are now reapping the rewards of everyone leaving. They say they have 6000 private lessons but this is getting drastically reduced. Look at the latest reviews not only the 4 star ones they choose to list on their site. Recent ones are all 1 star.

Absolute greed of a company. From a once yearly fee they insist without consultation remove the fee for a 10 per cent fee. Then add vat to the bill of the vat too.

Basically we rent our caravan out. So we used soak Up the fee ourselves. Now the total price not only includes the 10 per cent fee plus vat. They also charge my customers too an extortionate booking fee. Meaning they're paying hundreds more per booking than last year.

As a renter of a property I would avoid at all costs. Use the Facebook pages set up instead from owners on the likes of haven sites etc.

As a person looking again is these pages which are free and have verified owners so you will save a fortune.

Uk caravans4hire will try and say its to ensure you don't get tricked. But your getting charged hundreds compared to previous years when the owner paid for your security to use their website. Back then no booking fee and if you wanted you could pay through them. You could also pay to the owner direct that's your choice. Sheer greed has caused the extra cost to be born by both the owner and guest. For no extra benefit to either. As the owner still had to book you onto site and arrange communication with the guest.

Remember those pages you deal direct with the owners not a 3rd party agent who's only in it for the greed of taking your money for a service that is actually performed by the original owner. The owner built their own page on that site and will also have a Facebook page. They have now banned any listing of personal details forcing all guests to pay their booking fee and owners to be charged their fees too.

Avoid this company at all costs. Both as an owner and as a guest.

Had a bad experience renting one of there caravans for a weekend I should be thankful it wasn't for any longer when I arrived noticed no cleaning had been done dog hairs everywhere even on the beds cooker was filthy and bedding looked like it had not been washed for some time contacted owner for a refund as did not want to stay in caravan and wanted to hire another caravan but refund was refused owner said I should take bedding to laundrette totally spoilt my holiday and certainly will not be hiring any caravans from this owner again avoid

Caravan owner Coastal Caravans Seal Bay Resort id 10483 Recently booked a caravan paid £50 deposit then noticed the caravan was not on the caravan park stated on the listing. Cancelled the booking and asked for a refund of the deposit which has been refused by owner who blamed UK Caravans 4 Hire for not returning my deposit when UK Caravans 4 Hire blamed caravan owner who they said takes the deposit beware?

We had a great holiday.the caravan was beautiful and clean and all you needed.will be booking again.

Fabulous stay at Devon Cliffs in 15 Larchwood. The owner was friendly and accommodating. She has even posted stuff we left behind. Went last week of summer holidays with our twin grandson's aged 9 and they loved the activities and especially the beach. We all enjoyed quiet nights watching some of the many videos provided. The caravan was roomy and clean. Little things like kitchen/bathroom cleaning products were provided. We also enjoyed the drinks left in the fridge. Would recommend this caravan as the owner was amazing but not intrusive. The view of the trees with the sea in the background completed our stay.

Absolutely amazing Caravan, we were welcomed with a lovely welcome pack, washing machine, dryer and everything we could possibly need

She was amazing giving us tips and information on the area, really couldn't recommend her enough.

From start to finish we had an amazing time and had everything we needed in the caravan . was immaculate and if we wanted anything else Elin Haf was on the other end of the phone and Happy to oblige.We will definitely be booking again.
