Having dealt with Wesses fleet and car fleet special offers over many years, the person I dealt with and their company director Spencer.

They have been completely customer focused and have gone the extra mile (no pun intended) to sort out and satisfy whatever issue faced.

I sincerely hope they don’t get swallowed up by a bigger company, because they way they deal with their customers is more like dealing with family run company.

We all look for the best value and sometimes forget about what happens after the deal,,, thankfully I found a brilliantly run business with friendly and helpful real people.

From day one [name removed] has been great. The car selection stage was great and unlike other companies, I was given proper information on the cars rather than just links to manufacture websites. Support was there for me throughout the whole stage and although my car was delayed by a few days for delivery (supplying dealer to blame) I was constantly kept inform and knew I could always pick up the phone if I had any worries.

I was told by [name removed] on the initial inquiry call that Wessex prides themselves on delivering superb customer to all customers big or small. This was proven and I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a private lease car.

In terms of cost wise, I got a great deal on a Seat Leon which includes a Full Maintenance Package and their fee (£99) is lower than others I contacted.

I'd tried to get prices and information off some other web companies, but in my experience, wessex fleet solutions were by far the best company to deal with. Good advice, honest help in choosing the car, and very friendly and pleasant throughout. The price was good as well! I would certainly recommend.

I was looking for a company that was transparent with their prices as it's quite confusing looking at the various comparison sites. I eventually went with Wessex Fleet Solutions for my wife's fiesta and these guys were nice to deal with.
