Rangemaster RDW6015F1

When we remodelled our kitchen we bought all Rangemaster appliances including integrated dishwasher.

This appliance has never worked properly from about a month after it was installed. It recently completely broke down and we had to pay £1000 up front for the repair. The third party repair man cam stayed 5 minutes and said he could not repair it as the tank was leaking.

The response from Rangemaster has been woeful so we have decided to scrap the dishwasher and buy Miele.

I would strongly advise against the purchase of any non oven appliance from Rangemaster.

This has not worked more times than it has. Have abandoned now and will look to buy a new dishwasher which I can ill afford. This one is CRxP. Do not touch

I wish I'd never bought this dishwasher. Like others, I trusted the name and purchased other Rangemaster products with it. The door won't even stay down when loading as the springs are too tight. It has to go on two or three times sometimes as it does not clean anything properly or the soap tray gets stuck and the soap doesn't get dispensed during the cycle. It certainly does not hold the 15 place setting its boasts that it does. Don't waste your time or money if your'e thinking of buying this dishwasher. Iv'e had this two years and its absolutely awful.

We purchased this along with several other Rangemaster items, because we trusted the name. The worst thing about it is the cutlery drawer doesn't move out of the way of soap dispenser so the tablet is not released, the wash has to then go on again. Although 15 place setting it only holds 8 plates, the other side is too small for dinner plates.

Never again will I buy something because I trusted the name, it is a real let down.

We have had this machine for nearly 2 years now and it is terrible. On a regular basis we have to put the dishwasher on for a second (and even a third) time because the dishes and glasses are not clean when the cycle has finished!!

We have had the engineer out to look at this machine several times are have been told that the spray arms that distribute the water keep clogging up?? There is apparently NO way to clean these as they do not come apart to clean.

We have had the arms replaced twice and the cleaning is still rubbish.

We are now looking to buy another dishwasher as it will be cheaper in the long run to pay for a brand new machine (even though this one is less than 2 years old) than it will to continually have to put the same dishes on to wash 2 or 3 times a day!!!

I would not recommend this dishwasher to anyone.

had this intregated dishwasher two weeks and three faults accured. thetop spray arm broke of the top basket. the rinse aid light would not go out when it was filled.and to round things of the circulating pump got flooded because there was an iternal leak. rangemaster use agents to repair there machines .they came out to repair it but after draining it at to wait three days for the motor to dry out.but they have not being back since. it is now three weeks since first reported
