No Customer Service
Ordered mattress on 21 Oct 2024. Mattress delivered on 5 Nov 2024.
It was an Octaspring mattress, the advertised service on the website iwhen an Octaspring mattress is purchased is:
"If you purchase one of our Octaspring branded mattresses, you'll automatically be entitled to our free White Glove Delivery service. Our team will deliver the mattress, set up your new mattress for you, and take away the packaging at no additional charge to you."
THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. The DX Courier refused to take away the packaging. He did not place on bed, he did not have any white gloves.
Dormeo was immediately informed, but NO response.

I bought a topper it was supposed to come 1 week ago, they took my money but have not supplied the topper, they are totally ignoring me.
Crooked company don't give them your money, I have had to contact my credit card company to get my money back!

They Invented A Reason To Ignore My Complaint
I supplied all information and photos they asked for. They accused me of mistreating the mattress. The inners of the mattress are falling apart. They said there was stains on the mattress, there are no stains. They realise there is nothing that can be done when they make up reasons to reject your claim. Never again, I recommend anyone looking for a new mattress to give a wide berth to Dormeo

Octasmart Mattress Topper Double

Purchased the Octasmart mattress £129 double.
Arrived let it lay for 12 hours, tried to look inside zip to see quality of mattress, zip wouldn't budge stuck on the cover. Assumably they put a cover on so you can take it off and wash it otherwise why have a zipped cover! Sent photos to DORMEO as requested, got fobbed off. Then rang today 14th to say again it's not right. Mabel told me, "the cover isn't meant to come off, if you take the cover off it invalidates the guarantee, the zip is meant to be like that because the covers not meant to come off". I asked, but you should be able to wash it surely, "no, you can spot clean it if it gets dirty"! I am not happy with the customer services I received today. I asked for a part refund due to the zip, and was told, "no we can't give a partial refund, it's meant to be like that". Very disappointed, I looked into swapping it for a better mattress but I couldn't afford the extra £135 to do it. DORMEO, you are not very understanding at all!

Worst Company Ever
I bought a double mattress just over a year ago, ive recently seen that i have a very large dip on the side of the mattress its about 18 inches long 3 inches wide and it has a 2 inch dip.. i wrote to dormeo and i took all the photos they asked for, and because i have a slatted base, and it is 1mm over there asking, they have refused to help. Im heavily disabled, i struggle to get in and out of bed and now i have springs digging in to me. They refuse to help over 1mm. Wrong. Im taking this as far as i can.i wanted to know that this company is only interested in selling, once you have bought it they want nothing else to do with you...

Don't Trust This Company
My 81 year old dad called to order a mattress and was talked into buying g topper, pillows, sheets , protectors the lot. When we tried to return it they wanted £39.99 PER ITEM to collect it all. After arguing with their helpline, I was told they'd accept one item back at half price £19.99. All items were sealed in original packaging kaging and unopened. I was advised a manager would call me back but I received no call. Terrible customer service.

I bought a toper online at the time it said 7 yo 10 day delivery in big letters ..7 days I thought I would call them to get a date called many times but just left in a queue eventually I got through to a human to be told it was going to be a month..I placed the order because I have family coming to stay this week..so now I've been out and bought similar at half the price ..I was tould it says on the Web site it could take a month and it does but it's small and easy to miss..don't think I will ever bother with domenio again iam now going to try and cancel the order that's if I can get through to a human on the phone

Waited a month then only half my order came pillows ect but no topper delivered
Dormeo showed little interest in sorting it out and said id have to wait another 28 days for another one so tried to cancel order they tried to charge me 40 pound to cancel a order i hadnt received lol wouldn't get of script when trying to sort it out wouldn't get a manager wouldn't take complaint wouldn't try and and find out were my order had disappeared too
Joke of a company worst ive dealt with do yourself a favour snd go elsewere and hopefully theyll go into administration again and disaoear for good this time most crooked firm ive dealt with ill be taking this a lot further

Would a cover sheet diminish the beneficial effects of sleeping on Dormeo mattress? If the answer is yes, how could I clean the Dormeo mattress when necessary?
I have ordered a mattress from Dormeo and like several reviewers have been told it is out of stock and they will have some 'in a few weeks' when they will prioritise sending it.
One reviewer asked for their money back but others did not say they asked for a refund, or if they ever got the mattress. I would like to know whether any of these complainants ever got the mattress and how long it took?
