Fitted conservatory continous leak seals breaking and referred to Apple glazing who restated they have nothing to do with Streetly

Would not trust either company

Lucky to have stopped the work before they started.But still left £500 out of pocket.None of the phone numbers they give you are real and when finally got through to someone about my deposit they just hang up.Please do not have anything to do with this company.

This company put a new conservatory roof on for my elderly father ten months ago and have never completed the work. He has made more than 100 phone calls to them, had promises on every occasion but every one broken. They are untruthful and deceitful and have no intention of completing work properly once they have your money. We are wondering now whether the glass they have used is even toughened.

A complete disgrace. Please do not use them.

The company are rubbish I had a conservatory from Streetly windows now Apple the roof leaks and it is still under warranty but as they have changed their name they will not come back and repair it Do not use this company

Firstly, they used to be called 'streetly windows' they changed it to 'Apple windows and conservatories' due to the fact they got bankrupt by doing dodgy business and from tons of complaints.

They give their telesales people a list of numbers from a certain area and would just change the last few numbers, they ring them all on unknown. Some times it goes to businesses and press calls and they have been told to hang up on them! (in their training) they don't have a date base..it is literally random numbers and the last few numbers changed each time.

Also, they do not have ASIAN costumers for some reason. So if a person with a strong Indian accent picks up they have to hang up.

It's a dodgy company..with dodgy people working there.

If they do not at least get 1 person an appointment for their windows they get fired..and they DO NOT PAY THEM no matter how many hours they did.

The place is very small and messy.

Please do not work for them and or GET THEM TO DO YOUR WINDOWS ETC! They will mess you guys up really badly. They are based in West Bromwich

I agree with all previous comments about this company. They botched our porch several years ago and we have never had it put right . They are full of excuses and never return calls once they have your money. FENSA were no help at all denying they were affiliated to them. Their "10 year insurance" is useless and trading standards couldn't do anything. We have given up. Just do not use this company

Do not use this company! No doubt they have changed names to start again. Horrific service from start to finish. The problems go on and on. Conservatory: * sloping roof * shoddy finish * workmen set fire to my toaster and damaged my hob

* faulty door * roof glass put in wrong way * window seal gone * doors not sealed the list goes on.......

Brickwork was only thing done right and that was with sub contractors!

Do not use this company, or Apple (do a company search) or anyone connected. They lie, they threaten, the work is shoddy, after sales ha ha ha. pathetic

I hope FENSA can help my family as they advertise a FENSA number. Birmingham Trading Standards are also to be made aware.

I will also contact Watchdog and Rogue Traders.there seem to be enough unhappy peope on this review site to fill a whole program.

One is now fogging up

Redirected to Apple window

What a joke

Have been trying for six months to get window ghanged

Was told by Apple windows that I could be phoning for eight years and this window will never get changed

So now I have to pay to fix the problem

APPLE WINDOWS about as much use as a chocolate tea pot

So let's get them closed

Where to start . Fitted windows upside down . Garage door doesn't fit and arrived damaged . Patio door leaked and they damaged the brickwork during fitting . They make appointments for remedial work and don't turn up . A truly horrible company .
