TD;DR: Sham of an operation, buy somewhere else.

I get the feeling this business operation is run out of someones house or perhaps their products are drop shipped, a quick Google search will turn up threads on forums in which people are complaining about all the same things.

*No contact telephone number on the website

*The address on the invoice goes to a mailbox

*Slow to respond/do not respond to e-mails

*Devoid of customer service (but seem to dish out lies in abundance)

My personal experience:

Day 1: Order

Day 3: Receive dispatch notice

16 post days: E-mail complaining product hasn't arrived, a dialogue on the same day confirms they will 'get tracking tmw' [tomorrow] and reship if nothing comes up.

8 days later: Having heard nothing, I re-email asking for updates.

Another 10 days pass (I've been busy): Still having heard nothing I send a chaser.

2 days later: I get a reply telling me they re-shipped it and it hasn't been returned. They "ship" to my old address (the saga has gone on so long I've moved house) even though we agreed billing address -- my old flatmate tells me it hasn't arrived anyway so I just give-up and tell them I'll be reporting them etc.

They say they'll give me a refund and stick to their "we shipped it twice" rubbish. I did get the refund within a couple of days but haven't yet come through on their offer to forward me the response from their "Royal Mail account manager" regarding their complaint.

It took 16 e-mails (some of them chasers) and about 6 weeks, no product at the end of it, not even an apology. Just agro and lies.

Product was N-RALA, aka Na-R-ALA, aka Na-R-Alpha Lipoic Acid.

Placed order early september, never despatched, have no idea why, no response to atleast 6 emails, since order card has expired so NOCHEX can't and won't refund. NOCHEX refused blankly to provide a telephone number. Have sent more emails to Bulk Supplements but surprise surprise no response. They could well have gone out of business but are still takin everyones money. NOCHEX are pretty useless too as they are still processing their payments with no idea if they are still trading...I asked them!! GO ELSEWHERE

I waited over a week to find nochex sent me a credit refund to my card. reason was "no response to email". I emailed them myself and they didnt respond, so they may have gone out of business leaving the ecommerce site running!

I ordered over a week ago now with next day delivery and still haven't received my order. They have not replied to my messages and have put 'cancelled' on my order status. Very frustrating. Do not order from them whatever you do. I usually order from bulk powders but they had ran out of my product so I went to these clowns. Bulk powders have excellent customer service

SLOW (It's been a week and they haven't dispatched my order yet!) Can't get a reply from them via email. I used them in the past without any issues, but it seems now they have no customer care and are generally ignorant. Also they are not as cheap as they once were. I won't be using them again.

I was advised to use this website based on the wide range of Bulk Supplements at good value prices. Initially I was very happy until waiting 18 days for my product to turn up which I have still yet to receive!

I have sent two emails and contacted both DPD the delivery company and BSD.

DPD at least have a telephone number you can contact but be prepared to be directed and cut off and a waiting period of around 20 minutes.

However there delivery service is 3rd class as they can not find a clearly marked address, don't contact you if they cant and don't leave a visiting card.

I believe the real problem does lie with DPD. However all BSD bulk deliveries are carried out by DPD so your likely to be dealing with them. BSD have no customer care and do not respond to your emails which is very frustrating as a paying customer.

I would advise all to be aware that this company is predominantly concerned with cashing in with the promise of cheap products and does not care at all about customer service or support!

I am a multi-repeat customer, and only once have I had issues - and that was delivery which was probably the courier rather than the supplier. I cannot find anybody to compete on product or price.

I use them for their Ultimate Blend Protein, and now Bulk Creatine mono used in conjunction with a branded product.

If you pause too long in the purchase process, the bulksupplementsdirect online system takes your money but does not acknowledge the order, and it doesn't show up on your orders page. I found this very worrying. When I sent a worried email I got a rude response! Be very careful about dealing with these people. They are happy to take your money. But it seems they don't care about their customers.

Having used numerous supplement companies over the years I was referred to www.bulksupplementsdirect.co.uk by a fellow gym member. What was i doing wrong!! Sent over an email for general recommendations and they actually took the time to respond in a thorough manner!

I cannot recommend them enough in terms of their customer service and products. They seem to buy direct from manufactuers and sell direct to the public but do go that extra step for customer service

I buy their Milk and Whey Protein blend and BCAA tablets and am totally happy customer!
