Terrible Customer Service – Missing Parcel And No Res

I am absolutely frustrated with the service I have received from this company. I paid £92 for an order that never arrived, and despite promptly reporting the issue and providing all the information requested, I'm being left with no solution. I cooperated fully throughout the entire process, including providing evidence that I was not home when the parcel was advised for delivery, but none of that seems to matter.

Instead of taking responsibility for the missing parcel, the company has essentially told me to be happy with the outcome – an outcome where I paid for goods that I never received. This level of customer service is not only disappointing but completely unacceptable. I expected better from a reputable business, especially after I did everything on my end to address the issue.

I would strongly advise anyone to reconsider purchasing from here. I am now out £92 with no resolution in sight, and I feel completely ignored and unsupported. Do not waste your money, as it seems they have no intention of actually helping if things go wrong.

No Refund Offered After Shoes Delivered To Wrong Address

My shoes were delivered to the wrong address, but Office Shoes won’t offer a refund.

They say that because someone took the shoes in, I will have to pursue this matter through the police. I spoke to the house where they were wrongly delivered, and they provided proof that they’d returned the parcel. Allegedly the label was damaged, so the house number was unreadable. I sent this proof to Office, who were not interested.

According to them, because they have proof the item was delivered, they won’t offer a refund. The proof of delivery is an unidentifiable hand holding a box at a front door that isn’t mine.

I shop online because I have been left very disabled by COVID, and am unable to visit the shops. Nice one, Office Shoes. I spent most of my annual budget on these shoes, and now you won’t refund me. This, despite the shoes being returned to you. I won’t be shopping with you again.

Great Member Of Staff At Till

I came into store at metro center Gateshead and was served buy 2 lovley girls called Reanne and Madi . One of the girls was training and the girl who was training her was realy kind and showing the other gilr how the till worked . Nice girls to chat to .. Thanks girls

What An Absolute Mess!

I had a number of mess-ups on the same order. Firstly, my order was split into two separate parcels. 1 of which was sent via Yodel who then after one failed delivery attempt, due to it being a bank holiday, returned the item to sender - no redelivery attempt was made. The 2nd parcel wasn't even delivered after a week of sitting in the warehouse - I'm still waiting for it to be despatched.

I spent hours, trying locate my 1st parcel; speaking to both Yodel and Office via live chat (which is frustrating in itself) trying to sort out the problem, none of whom wanted to admit ownership.

In speaking to both companies, nothing was straight forward or easy - from getting answers to questions I had asked, to receiving the compensation from Office for the time that I had wasted trying to sort out this matter. Which was eventually granted; however, I felt like I had to jump through hoops just reach a satisfactory conclusion, when it would have been so much easier to give me what I wanted from the start. Really poor form and terrible customer service.

Worst Retail Ever!

Boycott the shoe store Office, they have mugged £105 from my dad ????

He ordered shoes from the online store and what arrived was completely different to what was ordered. Similar style but cream instead of black and not the same, so he filled out the returns form and sent them back for a refund.

The shoes got sent back to him with a letter saying how they are unsure where those shoes came from as they are not part of Office stock.

My dad sent the shoes back again but this time with a letter explaining that they were sent to him instead of his original order.

I went into the Office store in Uxbridge and spoke to a manager, she advised us to e-mail head office. My dad emailed head office and they responded by saying that they believe that my dad has the original shoes and basically accused him of lying.

He never received his order, he never received the wrong pair of shoes back and he never got a refund. Office managed to take £105 from my dad and he got nothing in return, just accused of untruthful.

If you do decide to shop from there, film yourself opening the parcel because you will lose that money if it’s the wrong order and you can’t prove it..

Poor service and a really terrible shattitude towards my dad. He even paid for the return twice so lost out on delivery charges to.

Great Range Of Shoes And Trainers

I regularly shop online and in store at Office, very fast delivery and excellent communication from the staff. Always very helpful and lovely. I would highly recommend shopping at Office to anyone.I also find they have a great variety in trainers and alot of colours which I’ve found other stores don’t have , great customer service and genuine.

Sent Me Cheap Looking Non-uggs

Ordered a pair of Ugg boots and when I received delivery 21/01/23 I opened the box up to find amongst tatty paper no Ugg boots! They were a similar style boot but not uggs the label inside said dream pairs?!? I went into Leeds white rose store the following day and took the boots in to show them I had been sent incorrect ones and the assistant said we don’t even stock these boots! So quite clearly someone has pulled a fast one and due to incompetence of whoever packed my order ready for shipping they haven’t been checked to make sure everything was as it should be before sending out. The assistant in store phoned customer services and was asked to take photos of the boots. I was told to take the boots home and that they were going to check cctv in the warehouse and I would receive an email  the following day. I never heard anything from anyone else from office so I returned to the same store 24/01/23 and spoke to the same assistant. She phoned customer services again and this time it was someone else who was going to deal with things and promised she would be in touch with me by 3pm that same day. I didn’t hear anything either but I had been given an email address for her so I emailed her the following day. Still not had any acknowledgment of that email or any correspondence from office at all. So I thought I would try messaging on social media so sent a message through Facebook messenger outlining the issue. Someone on there replied to confirm my billing address and then said they will investigate. Not heard anything back so I messaged a few days later asking for an update. I got a reply the following day simply saying yes we are investigating. This is absolutely appalling customer service never getting back to me when you say and constantly fobbing me off. I know my rights and I have the right to receive the item I ordered or a full refund. Why am I having to chase everything when office is supposedly a reputable business? I trusted them with my money but they are bad. I’m sure £145 is a drop in the ocean to them but it’s a lot of money to me and I don’t even have anything to show for it now. Avoid them at all costs and spend your hard earned money else where.

Worst Experience I’ve Ever Had!

Ordered a pair of AF1 on the 3rd of August with express 3-5 day shipping to Australia.

My item was held in UK customs until the 20th of August due to an incomplete invoice which neither DPD shipping service nor the office customer service could resolve.

After countless web chat sessions the tracking was updated to returning to sender and now I’m being told that I have to wait for the office to verify whether they receive the item prior to refunding my money.

I paid 89.99 for the shoes and 45 pounds for express shipping. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Do not buy with this retailer- especially overseas!
