Coach has never caused me any problems. I've never had a problem with refunds, and I've only ever received the highest quality for my money. The leather used in Coach retail bags is of the highest quality. Coach outlet is less expensive, but you still get good value for your money. I don't think a well-known organization such as Coach will defraud you.

I have Coach handbags, my favorite one. I like its model, design and colors. The quality is good and last for years.

Stay away from this company. They are very nice on the phone but you will not get your refund on a faulty bag. They play you along and hope you go away. They blame Everyone else and remain your friend but rest assured you will not get your refund.

My advice is try once and they go to your bank for help ASAP.

Coach products are great and the shop service is great, however the website is utterly unreliable and Coach themselves seem pretty uninterested in it. I ordered 2 items from the site and selected checkout with Paypal, it failed, so I tried again, it failed again, so I walked away happily, until I discovered that Coach had actually taken payment for the first 2 transactions leaving me out of pocket, it's nearly 3 weeks later and all I've had is an admission that there was "a technical problem" with their site and that they've authorised a refund, that's it, no actual refund as yet, just the email equivalent of a promissory note. If you fancy making a short term interest free loan to Coach then use the website otherwise I'd suggest shopping in store.
