Wonderful DIY invitations for a really low price. We went for the Original Pocketfold kit, the company also did the printing for me. Low cost, good looking invites, quick service as well.

I certainly would recommend this company. The quality was superb and the delivery was very quick. I will be coming back for my place cards and extra stationery!

I ordered my invitations from Pocketfold Invites, fantastic looking invites and our friends commented on how wonderful they were. If you want cost effective, beautiful invites these are for you.

Great invites - best I'd seen around.

Exceptionally poor customer service. Took ages for them to return calls and emails. They kept getting the proofs wrong despite very clear instructions. Sent out all 45 invites to us (took about a month from the proofs being approved to us actually receiving them!), and then they were wrong. I can't begin to explain how poorly the company is run. No one knows what's going on, and stupid mistakes are made all over the place.

All in all, a calamity from start to finish.

On the positive side, they are absolutely beautiful invites, but only any good if you can wait and put up with the absolutely shameful running of the company.

We have received the invites and just wanted to say thank you for your speedy work and delivery. We are very impressed and happy with the finished product.

I chose Pocketfold Invites because the designs from their gallery looked good and the costs seems drastically cheaper than using a local supplier.

I decided to write this review to warn others that they may end up wasting a lot of time explaining to the "experts" basic information. My emails to Pocketfold couldnt have been clearer yet I had to confirm and reconfirm basic instructions over a number of weeks. Eventually I received my complete order (after being dispatched in 3 stages) and while the invites looked great and cant help feeling disappointed by the whole experience. The rest of the team really need to get their act together and start communicating with each other. Its not good enough to keep apologising for mistakes - just take time to get it right in the first place!

The pocketfolds I wanted called 'debut' was advertised as 5 inches times 7 inches but was actually 5.5 times 7.5

This was NOT doable as I was printing my own invites.

Then they email me saying something ridiculous like the sizing is in mm too

1. Inches and mm still needs to be calculated the same.

2. The mm was still WAY off what it said on the site and funnily completely incorrect in inches too. So they obviously can not count.

They are rude and horrible and not a 'company' to deal with.

The service was fast and efficient, cheapest invitations I could find. Our invites arrived swiftly and the effort put into them was great, i would definitely recommend this service to a friend!

thought this company looked great, exactly what we wanted...STOP!! DO NOT GO ANY FURTHER THAN LOOKING!

they never answer the phone, they finish at 4pm although the stores guy says they finish at 5pm, you have to chase them not the other way round. [name removed] is the manager but he doesnt call you, too busy with his family. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. never received a sample that they promised. would not recommend in the slightest!

After being made promises of a quick turnaround we choose to use this company, it seemed relatively straight forward, we would provide details, they would print and cut and we would mount invites. We should have noted the warning signs, on a few occasions samples they had said they would send never arrived. As it happens after placing the order, they took 2 working days to give a quote, despite a few days getting wording right, then they seemed to mix up the quotes they had given us over the phone. We resolved this within the day and paid promptly. A week later and we are still waiting receipt of our order, far from the 48 hour turnaround we had been waiting on. Here's hoping when recieved they are actually as we want or we are in trouble!
