Sunrise Double Glazing, Manor Park. Essex

I recently had double glazing installed by Sunrise Double Glazing. My salesperson was a gentleman who was genuinely the most kind and honest salesperson I have ever dealt with. He handled my purchase and installation with great care and considered all of my queries and requests with great diligence. I am grateful for the work he carried out and I would highly recommend that anyone wishing to purchase double glazing approaches him, who will no doubt deliver exceptional service.

They worked on my mothers house over a year ago, water leaking now, refused to fix problems saying it was leaking there before which is not so. Please avoid you will be disappointed.

Sunrise double glazing done a superb job, went above and beyond. Windows, Front Door and the fitting where first class, can not fault there work. Would recommend always. Keep up the good work guys. Made my house more beautiful which is always a good touch. Hats off to you all.

This company are totally useless, they have been working on our house for what was supposed to be a three day job and it is now three years later and the work isn't finished. We paid them and once they got their money its just excuse after excuse to not come and finish the job and correct their shoddy work. Do not use this company and take your money elsewhere

We were extremely pleased with the work carried out in our home. The fitters were very efficient and thorough. The windows and door look great and have noticed the difference in efficiency already.

The fitters were amazing, very clean, tidy and polite.

I had 10 windows & 4 Composite door all fitted a new front door and cladding to the back of the property. All the work was completed within 4 days.

No idea what the last the reviewer is on about. Needed a window repairing, Sunrise were quick, reliable, on time & professional. The same thing happened when I had an attempted buglary and my door needed an inspection.

Absolutely disgusted with this company! I have been trying to sort out an issue for over 6 months now! Kept telling me to send an email which i did so 3 times and they sent engineers two times.. and still after all this they told me they have no record of measurements? Told me the guarantee has run out, which is why I called them way before the guarantee was due to run out. They could not get anything sorted since and now that its run out they refuse to change it! Well why do they think I called them before the guarantee, its not my fault they could not do their work properly and communicate with themselves! Liars and bunch of cheats! Even fixed an appointment, but to no surprise no one turned up! Avid this company at all costs! Never will i recommend this company to anyone! Just horrible!!!

I must say awesome job done and very friendly staff.I must recommend my friends and Family.feeling satisfied.
