In administration, but a "new" company has popped up with exactly the same business, company director and address! 247 electronics. Avoid them if you value your time and money. I have 2 court orders outstanding against them, and don't look likely to receive anything as they conveniently went into administration.

Poor Customer Service And Don't Deliver On Promises
I used ElectroCentre and our washing machine broke and I was thrilled by their promise on their website that - 'all large products such as TVs, fridge freezers & washing machines will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days unless stated otherwise'. I waited a week and the item had still not been delivered and I had received no information from the customer services team. I emailed them and they wrote back to say that they had oversold their stock and there wouldn't be any more in until a few days later. Obviously I was very disappointed that they hadn't bothered to let me know this and it took me contacting them to give me any information. I asked them whether there would be any compensation for the delay given that they had failed to keep the promise that they make on their website. I am now currently being ignored by them and have received no response. Really really poor and I feel short changed. I won't be using them again.

they were great, i have read feed back before i went to buy stuff but for some reason they seems closed down. I think company no longer exist, i tries all possible means. I would advise to follow legal procedures.

I Will Not Use This Company Again, And Would Strongly Advise Against Anyone Else Doing So.
I purchased an LG TV on 29/03/13 for £479 (far cheaper than anywhere else
listed). After hearing nothing for 6 days and the order status not changing
on the website I called them up (4/04/13) to be told that they had no stock
of that model and would issue a refund.
When asked why they had not told me this sooner and left it for me to
contact them 6 days they had no answers, apart from the fact it would take
3-5 days for my refund to appear in my account (completely understand this
is down to the banks, not there system).
After waiting several days I still had not had a refund so contacted my
credit card provider who confirmed that no refund had been made, and told
me to contact the company in question as they needed confirmation that a
refund should have taken place to do anything.
Phoning the company again on 13/04/13 my situation was given little regard
and I was told that no one was available to deal with refunds and I would
have to call back on Monday.
After stressing that they had taken my money for a product they did not
have and questioning their motives for listing a product they didn’t have
stock of online at a significantly cheaper price than anyone else I was
promised a phone call my Monday lunchtime (15/04/13) by the person who
deals with accounts/refunds. By Wednesday evening (17/04/13) I still had
not heard back so contacted them again, unfortunately at the time I was
driving so didn’t have the order number to hand, but could tell them the
purchase date, delivery address, product ordered and value. They attempted
to fob me off and say they needed the order number, when I quite bluntly
told them I didn’t believe them they eventually found my order details and
finally confirmed that they have processed the refund, which I can now
confirm has been refunded to my account on 18/04/13.
In summary:
List products on their website that they are unable to supply at a greatly
reduced rate ( I would imagine this is to maximise traffic to their site)
Took payment for a product/service they were unable to supply
Failed to communicate this and offer a refund/alternative product and
waited 6 days for me to contact them to query the order
Failed to refund my card when they said they would.
Failed to call me back so that they could process a refund when they said
they would
Gave me the run around on more than one occasion “No one able to deal with
refunds” “can’t do anything without an order number” etc
Took 20 days to issue a refund
Made no attempt to restore my faith in there company or try to retain my
business
I think company no longer exist, i tries all possible means. I would advise to follow legal procedures.
To further update this, i am still waiting for a refund. The original purchase date was the 29/03/13 its now 11/04/13.
Stat well clear of this company!

Ordered washing machine one evening (Wednesday) as best price I could find, got phone call next day to say it will be delivered the following day and was delivered on Friday afternoon (after a phone call to say they were 1 hour away). Delivery drivers unpacked, inspected and took photos of machine and took old machine away for free! Only gripe would be that they left the packaging behind but would not put me off buying from them again. Have not had to contact customer services, so can not comment on this but hopefully they are as good as the service we have received so far.

Really pleased with my order. It was the best price on the internet, free delivery and the service was excellent. I was informed of delivery by email and telephone with a call just before delivery which was helpful. I received my goods within two days, earlier than expected as the time scale mentioned three day delivery. I would definitely recommend this company to friends.

They did exactly what it said on the box.I would definately recommend this company to friends and family.I liked the fact that everything was explained to me beforehand and a telephone call to me explaining the delivery process and it went like clockwork and delivered within 3 days. I can't think of any negatives. I will definately use them again in the future.

the washing machine i ordered is grat value for money.Theb re was no delivery fee and the old washing machine was taken away free of charge too.The chaps who delivered it were friendy and helpful.
The only minus was that the washer and packaging were left in my living room!!But ithink this was a misunderstanding ..as he thought i said ,oh i can do that not, oh i cant do that !!When he asked if it was okthere..otherwise a very good experience .i woujld definitely use you again.
All questions i had were answered before i ordered tha machine eg removal of old washer and approx delivery times.
