Ordered a standard aluminium A0 frame from Fast Frames - seemed to be the cheapest for this item. Had problems with the first frame but on sending evidence by email a second frame was dispatched within a few hours and was with me within a couple of days. Very good service. And should say the quality of the frame was very good.

paid & explained to a member of staff what we wanted,

was assured they understood -

emphasised we needed equal sized panes in the frame 5 panes across by 3 down ,

gave our contact numbers if any queries..

they made it wrong

-all different sized Georgian bar panes-

called and they refused to help or didn't even offer to try to meet us half way,

Didn't offer us any resolution at all -

absolutely appalling customer service -

I spoke to the manager and apparently this Co's staff don't make mistakes, only their customers do,

AVOID -once this firm have your money they don't want to know -

I said i wasn't happy,

never said sorry,

never even asked what i wanted them to do

manager and staff just got defensive and said 'FINE' when i said i would like to take my complaint further- extreemly UNPROFESSIONAL

Not only did they deliver the item late - despite us paying a premium delivery charge - it turned up with all the glass completely broken. Now finding it impossible to contact them via the phone. This means we are now going to miss presenting our gift to the recipients on their golden wedding anniversay!!!!!

NOT RECOMMENDED The purchase and payment coming off my account were super fast and delivery was within a week, but the product arrived broken in two places (despite a lot of packaging) and is unusable.

I searched for a phone number to call - NONE. The website offered Live Chat, it doesn't work. I filled in an email on their website, no reply. Now I have lost 30 pounds, have a useful broken frame and no redress.

Most of my order from Fast Frames was great - exactly what I wanted and the only reasonably priced service I could find online for beskopke frames.

However one of the made to measure frames i ordered has been made slightly too small, not the end of the world, just needs replacing but I CANNOT GET HOLD OF ANYONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICES! If anyone has contact details for these guys please let me know.

It's ubsurd, no phone no, the 'message us' and 'online chat' buttons on the site don't work and I've had zero response from e-mailing the sales team. From a 4 out of 5 for products to 0 out of five for customer services (hence overall of two) in one fell swoop.

These frames look very cheap and the paint and the wood was chipping off. The quality was rubbish you get better frames from poundstore. No response

Needed to get an order of frames by a certain date. fastframes assured me they could get this order to me in time so I placed the order. The day before the delivery date they told me they could np longer deliver in time. This left me incredibly stuck as I needed them for a business event and their failure to meet my order meant I have had to run around last minute to try and find a different supplier.

No phone number on website so you cannot even call to speak to someone!

Awful service and would not recommend.

Not only did the frames arrive over a month late. Communication with this company is awful. They take ages to respond and there is no contact number for you to call. Worst of all the frames are of poor quality, the glass is completely scratched and it feels like it's about to fall to pieces whenever you try to pick it up.

Don't waste your time or money.

I found the website user-friendly and my order was delivered very quickly but the quality of the "plastic glass" is very poor. On one frame, the plastic hadn't been bonded properly in a couple of places along two edges and on another, the plastic cracked when I used one of the clips. I've had much better quality frames from Wilkinsons!

I have been looking for some frames to tidy up our waiting room displays at work. I looked at several sites and reviews. Fast frames had the narrow edged frames that I was after at a very reasonable price but several poor reviews. I decided to give them a try anyway and am very pleased I did! The website was easy to use to place an order. The order consisting of 12 frames arrived at the surgery within 48 hours. There was a problem as 2 of the A2 frames had been damaged on one corner. I emailed Fastframes later that evening, recieved a reply the following morning (Friday) and 2 new undamaged frames arrived the following Monday which was the next working day.

Absolutely no complaints. Very efficient service and will be using Fast Frames again.
