Avoid This Company

I ordered 5 items for an upcoming birthday. Whilst I understand that each item is made/printed at different locations, more than likely subcontracted to a seperate company, what I dont understand is why customers are punised with huge postage costs! Almost £19 for 5 items!

Of the 5, 2 were cards and 1 a calendar. 1 a mug and the other a framed picture.

This just feels like a big dropshipping operation. Never used to be this way. Funky should bare this cost, or at least bring the postage costs down. Last time I order from here, used it for years.

Only 1 item arrived out of 5, FP refunded me with no explanation, nothing. At the time of writing these reviews for FP, WHSMITH the owner of FP is selling all it's stores, so either they are going under or something similiar is happening within the group because FP has gone from being awesome to total rubbish within a year.

You can no longer email a version of your card, preveiwing them is just so small now and overall service has drastically dropped. They dont even have a phone number to call. Time to look elsewhere.

Awful!

What a rubbish company. Ordered a card to be delivered for my partners milestone birthday. The card never arrived on time for his birthday, which was so upsetting and annoying. I could have purchased a card from a shop and posted it myself, but wanted something personal and special. I have emailed them 3 times with no response whatsoever. Terrible customer service. As a relative new customer this is the last time I shall use them. Buyers beware!

First and last time with FP. Ordered a birthday card for a young niece. Having used Moonpig, I know cards normally take a week for UK to Australia so I gave plenty of leeway time when ordering. 13 days ordering, the card has still not arrived.

I could have just purchased a card in a shop, mailed it myself from a Post Office thereby ensuring it actually had a tracking feature (and not what FP call “tracking”) and that it would arrive on time - thereby making the use of this card enterprise entirely redundant.

Strong nope from me for Funky Pigeon.

Funky Pigeon Terrible Service And Will Never Use Them Again

Terrible service from Funky Pigeon and will never use them again!

Spend £30 on flowers and a card with a guarantee delivery date and you get a box of dead flowers with a card that also misses the guaranteed delivery date resulting in missing my wife’s anniversary.

There is no customer service contact number so I have sent 4 contact forms and two emails and still no response a week later.

No way of leaving a review on their website also.

Funky pigeon advertised for valenti es so I ordered a card . Gift bag and present and it ended up arriving on the 15th . . A day late and no apology or anything . They won't admit they are useless. I will endeavor to discredit them . They can't be bothered to address complaints . I can't be bothered to let it go . Robbing company

Delivery Late- Company Response Shocking

Paid for and ordered via next day delivery. Item finally arrived 3 days later. Contacted funky pilgrim and the response was “oh we use Hermes which don’t do next day delivery even though we sold it to your and charged you for it so it’s fine”. Shocking response tbh.

Buy Elsewhere!

Bought flowers for Valentines, paid for premium delivery for Valentine’s Day and come the day after, all look wiltered and half dead, I would advise to spend local for much better quality, value for money and a happy wife!!
