I bought a couple of items from this site which arrived a few days ago and was charged £2.49 for postage despite the clear statement on the site that orders over £10 are delivered free. I have contacted them and been told I am wrong and was made aware of postage charges at the time but if I can provide proof they will refund the postage. I have suggested they look at their own website (home page top right corner. I note that a lot of the reviews here mention the free delivery as well. The goods they sent took well over a week to arrive and weren't particularly cheap.I do not recommend this store and will not until they refund my postage and deal with customer complaints in a more professional way.

Bought a Giro Indicator helmet from this site. Best price I could find for it anywhere online and it was delivered mega quick.

the website is really easy to navigate and find your way around and it lets you leave feedback too so you can go and check out what other people have said before you decide to buy. No problems during the checkout process. Easy-peasy!

Massive range of high end helmets and accessories so next time I need something, I'll be going back. Hadn't previously heard of Fawkes but now it's my new go-to cycling accessories site.

Searched for Park Tools repair stand, looked at various sites Fawkes Cycles best price and free delivery for this item. Received two days later my son is delighted with his fortieth birthday present I'm happier still bought item within ten minutes, good site very simple to order.

Well what can i say? Each time i have bought from this site i've received my items quickly and well packed; the price has been lower than most and the postage (over £10) is free! Their site is easy navigate and has a decent and (by the looks of it) growing array of products. Having never had a problem with my orders i can't really comment on their customer service but i think the fact that i've not had any problems speaks for itself. I would definitely recommend Fawkes Cycles.

Purchased a Gamut dual ring chain guide. Had it in stock, at the best price. Free delivery and with me in 3 working days - some forums have users bemoaning FOC delivery that doesn't turn up the day after the order's placed. I'd say 7 days is fair for free of charge. 3 days is excellent. I did send an email asking when to expect delivery so I could be in. Got a reply, and the confirmation of dispatch email a couple of hours later.

Best price for 700x28 tubes and tyres. Also one of the few places that had stock. Continental tube went pop and they sent a replacement no questions asked. Top stuff.

I bought the item from Fawkes Cycles based on the reviews i read here and i am glad i did. I'm afraid there is not much i can tell you other than their communication with regard to payment rec. and dispatched item is perfect. The item itself was only cheaper on one other site by £1 and that site had very poor reviews. The item arrived very quickly and was well packaged - oh, and as the item was over £10 delivery was free! All in all a pretty basic transaction carried out seamlessly - is this not what we want and expect from online shopping? Thanks guys.

The staff were friendly enough but they didn't really know about the product I bought from them. When I called for support, they had not actually used the camera before and so could not help me with my questions about how to make it work with my computer.

One of my fave things about this Fawkes site is that I can see what's available - I get a bit tired of buying stuff just for it not to turn up but (so far) Fawkes have been tip-top.

The site is nicely put together, too - not overly fussy and I found it was easy to find what I wanted like the other reviewer has said (sorry to copy!).

I'd not heard of them before but I was forwarded a link from a riding buddy recommending them ... glad he did! I've no problems recommending it either! Hope this is helpful to anyone reading this (?!).

Never heard of these guys before, but they look professional, and had a good price on a Blackburn AT-3 track pump.

Arrived exactly when I expected, and was packaged well (I've had problems with other suppliers - who shall remain nameless - in the past!).

Track pump is great - don't know why I didn't buy one before.

There aren't many product reviews on the Fawkes site, but I think they're trying to change that, as I've just had an e-mail asking me to write a review of the track pump.
