I built my own porch some 20 odd years ago, a real diy job, I “adjusted” it a number of times over the year but age weather and limited skills proved too much, and it had to be renewed.

Allweather windows assured me they could replace the windows, and they did, they put right all the diy problems and it’s now a first class addition to the house,

I know the lads that attended told me the plans had been marked “nightmare” but their professional skills attitudes and enthusiasm were unparalleled and they corrected all the nightmares I had created.

Well done to the fitters, I won’t need to go back to them because every window and exterior door have been fitted by them.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, only down side was the length of their order book, be prepared to wait, it’ll be worth it.

I would recommend this company to anyone for a Conservatory. From the design inception to the build, it was an exceptional experience. Really high quality workmanship, friendly groundworkers, builders and fitters. All really accommodating, professional and helpful from start to finish. The quality of the Conservatory is amazing and it was really good value for money as well. Given us the extra space we needed, put value on the property and is a great place to spend time relaxing. The service overall was 100%. Highly recommend.

The rep and team that fitted the windows and doors were great, couldn’t fault them , very disappointed with the after sales, we have a couple of windows that are slightly faulty, rang the office, lady in the office couldn’t care less, very abrupt, still waiting for these to be fixed 11 weeks later, such a shame the company is let down by the office staff.

Very pleased with the new window handles we had fitted. They were fitted efficiently. The fitters were very knowledgable about their products and they had actually made some of the other double-glazed windows in our property - which we are very happy with (but bought though another firm 5 years ago).

Recently had two new doors fitted and absolutely delighted with them. Excellent quality, delivered on time and the fitters were polite and tidy. Thank you All Weather Windows and would definitely would recommend.

My husband went window shopping and spoke with several companies that install windows. He chose All Weather because they were able to answer many questions that the others couldn't. All weather came forward with all the information that we asked for and satisfied us completely. They were also very courteous and friendly.

The 5 stars are for the workmen who actually did the work they did an excellent job very friendly, helpful and kept us informed what was happening and when

Unfortunately I cant say the same about the management complete lack of communication they don't respond to messages generally very poor

If you can get by the general lack of customer service from the office you will get a great job

I recently had 3 new windows fitted and absolutely delighted with them. They were ordered in time for Xmas and they arrived as promised and had them fitted well before Xmas. Staff were polite, helpful and the fitters were also polite and clean and tidy. Tempted to get the rest of my windows changed now. Excellent thank you

Telephoned them as my back door wouldn't lock windows and doors were fitted in 2011 as they're was no engineer available the manger came out himself,and made temporary adjustment so the door would be locked over the weekend and arranged for service engineer to come and fix properly engineer fixed it in 15 minutes and fitted new handles excellent service many thanks
