Great Work Guys, And Thank You, For Co

great work guys,

and thank you, for considering my feedback, am not sure how can you say that the owners are rude, i was planning my trip to morocco, and i went to cusina, hopping i can find a book or ask the staff, and the owners were helping me for more than 3 hours so, i don't know how you say they are rude. also, since i came back from morocco, i became a regular, and i see the owners every time i go there smiling and making there customers comfortable. anyway,

its a great place guys, at least for me and my friends.

Cheers.

I Went To Cusina Restaurant When It First Opened A

I went to Cusina restaurant when it first opened and fell in love with the place immediately. Ever since that first time I dined with them, I have been going there as often as I can and usually with a bunch of friends. Every time we visit, the experience is better than the previous.

Over all, I love the food. The staff are very friendly and they made us feel part of the place. Cusina is one of the best restaurants I have dined in in Cheltenham.

Great Moroccan Food, The Service Ever So Friendly,

Great Moroccan food, the service ever so friendly, efficient and really nice for somewhere in the UK to be family orientated, very clean bathrooms even when it was extremely busy.

I Am Writing On Behalf Of A Group Of Friends (who

I am writing on behalf of a group of friends (who prefer not to be named as they want to 'forget the whole experience' who recently visited The Cusina Moroccan restaurant - to the rear of 'The Swan', High Street, Cheltenham. Initially on entry this place appeared very authentic and peaceful with tent outside for smoking shishas. On entry one of the party almost tripped on a dangerous piece of wooden base by the door; there were also many pretty rugs and cushions; but one of the party caughter her foot on one of the LOOSE rugs, which were not safely fixed to the floor.

Fortunately, was not injured, but complaint 'dismissed' by management.

On entry one lady asked if there was a belly dancer performing to be told 'there is only one about every month'; food served came in small portions for the amount charged; also food served cold. The owner and his wife were extremely rude and did nothing to rectify any of the above situations. The members of the party then had an argument about the appalling attitude and service at this restaurant, Cusina, with the owner and his wife. The party refused to pay the whole bill, deducting 20%; there was a 'row' with the owners - friends will NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone. Despite the authentic ambiance of this venue, many problems with the owners; lack of regard to health & safety; no quality of service.
