When I state it, I compared with their competitors who sold me the lower quality tennis balls at the price of the TOP QUALITY balls. I initially ordered a few sets of tennis strings. These were dispatched very quickly and received an email notification of the dispatch. However, Royal Mail being what it is, I hadn't received the strings four days later. Racquet Depot quickly arranged at no cost for another set of Tennis strings to be sent which arrived the next day. Needless to say I was impressed with their communication and effort. They really do go the extra mile!!

If you're wondering what happened to the original set of strings - well they arrived, with the original dispatch note 13 days later - Royal Mail arghh!!!

I placed my order on Monday and eventhough I changed it on Wedsnesday morning, the Customer Service was very quick and cooperative to chnage my order and dispatch it asap. So, I received it on the nexr day - Thursday in Bulgaria. Such a brillant service, I would recommend to my friends. Thank you.

I bought a Pro's Pro challenger 2 from the website and when I received it I noticed some flaws in the paintwork but this was due to the manufacturing techniques and not damage in transit. I received a complimentary voucher to use within the shop for the inconvenience. Once stringing, The string gripper was chewing up the string I was using and this was because the gripper was too close to the drum and the same situation happened once adjusted. I sent a complaint to Racquet Depot's customer service team and I received a new one the next day! Without having to send the whole machine back and pay for postage and the process was all hassle free. I received the new part the next day and it works fine with the existing machine and I have a voucher to use on the website which is a bonus as now I can buy more string or accessories at no extra cost. I would recommend racquet Depot to a friend because of the fast delivery times and excellent customer service team. It makes it worthwhile buying a product from them rather than another online dealership. Well done Racquet Depot, another pleased customer (especially to Jack and Paul for your help with returning products) Will look forward to shopping with you again.

I bought an Donjoy forecpoint kneebrace from racquet Depot UK. because their price was the lowest I could find on-line. On placing my order, they quickly responded that the manufacturers did not have any in the UK, but they had arranged direct delivery to me from Donjoy as soon as they arrived in IK. The brace arrived well within their suggested delivery date of 1 week. - All great so far.

The brace worked fine at stabilising my knee. But within a few days it was apparent that one of the straps was rubbing the outside of my leg. Contacted Racquet Depot customer support again. They quickly contacted Donjoy who sent me out new straps & additional padding. All arrived within 48 hours of my email. New straps & pads work great.

I definitely recommend Racquet Depot. Their great & polite customer support is worth its weight in goild.

A tennis pro from my facility told me that my racquet, the Babolat Aero Storm Tour, was discontinued. As soon as I found this out I went online to purchase the racquet. Unfortunately, none of the vendors that sold the racquet had my grip size. Out of desperation I decided to expand my racquet search to outside the United States. I saw the racquet being sold in France and Germany, but they did not use English on their websites. Then I came across Racquet Depot in England. I never placed an order outside the United States so I called my credit card company to verify that Racquet Depot was a reputable seller. Once this was confirmed I placed my order. I placed my order at 7:30 pm Eastern on a Monday, and received my package at 4:00 PM Wednesday. I was amazed at how fast the package came, since I selected standard shipping .The racquet was exactly the same as the one that I purchased in the States the year before. The only minor negative was that I did not get a an email confirmation that my order was shipped and I was not able to track it. Overall, I would recommend this website to anyone in the US.
