Unlimited Web Hosting is a cheap but reliable service for hosting small to medium services. They don't impose limitations that i have ran upon; and i pushed the service to its limits, while the email servers can be slow to receive messages at times it wont detract away from the service dramatically.

Hosting is managed by CPANEL or Plesk Web Edition.

CPanel seems to have all of the bells & whistles i would expect.

Plesk is a more simple CMS but can be faster to apply certain actions like creating sub-domain and using the site builder which has loads of free templates if you don't like building from scratch (although it's a little dated in the same world as WIX/SQUARESPACE).

I have had to submit several support tickets for certain things but every time they are responsive and solve the problem sharpish.

Be warned however, if you request more than one IP address they claim to have a limited pool and you will need a good reason before they will issue you one.

I've just taken over from our outgoing web manager and had a few things I wasn't too sure on and needed to change the name on the account to mine.

As a general rule I have been more than happy with service and support, there have been bad days, but that tends to be the nature of IT, occasionally some incidence's are beyond their control and has to be looked into which takes time.

If I was to criticise the only problems I have, I pay for my service on a yearly standing order, then before the payment date kept receiving emails please pay, which I do, then find they have also taken the standing order monies as well. I have to them telling of the mistake, the 1st time I did not pick up on this for a couple of months and eventually got a refund. Would have thought this mistake should be picked up in their accounts office saving me the trouble.

Unlimited web hosting provides a brilliant service. The team are on hand, deal with questions immediately and continue until the matter is resolved. They are efficient, effective and friendly. As a technophobe, the response is perfect; never condescending, explaining step-by-step how to work through and providing the skills to make website building a pleasure.

My support ticket was picked up within moments and my query was resolved straight away. I had overpaid as I had mistakenly set up two direct debits so was making double payments - totally my fault. They refunded me the difference literally immediately - I'm not sure how they even had time to check that fast! Good job. Thank you. Definitely recommend.

I switched to Unlimited Web Hosting on the recommendation of a friend who builds websites and have never regretted it. The team is knowledgeable, quick to respond but most importantly super friendly; nothing feels like too much trouble even if I feel like I'm asking something fairly mundane. The domain and hosting prices are reasonable and since transferring my first domain over to Unlimited in 2015, I've since purchased a further two domains from them, both of which are hosted on their servers. There is a large and comprehensive FAQ database which has also proved useful on a number of occasions. Overall I would recommend Unlimited to anyone who wanted a trustworthy hosting provider - especially if you occasionally require technical assistance and value friendly customer service.

I joined Unlimited as it was recommended to me by a friend who also works in IT (what he does I don't know, but he has the answers).

The price is much better than I was paying and the servers are all SSDs, which means they are quick.

Since, starting with them a couple of months ago, I have had to ask questions using the Customer Support ticket option, which to be frank I wasn't confident in getting anywhere quick. HEY PRESTO - they reply so quickly and resolve issues for me a pretend-to-be geek.

So, I really like these guys and as the above title says RECOMMEND them

I opened my account with Unlimited Web Hosting just over 2 years ago and I am a very satisfied customer, the company offer great services at an affordable price. Each time I've had to contact the unlimited web hosting, I've always had a quick response and my queries dealt with quickly. An example is today I raised a ticket asking if I can change my payment date and within 17 minutes of the ticket being raised, my payment date had been changed and I was informed of my next invoice details. I find the staff are always friendly, professional and willing to help and resolve queries and issues quickly whilst to a satisfactory standard and keeping the customer fully informed throughout. I find Unlimited Web Hosting is so far one of the best; if not the best; web hosting company I've had dealings with over the years. I highly recommend this company.
