I was about to order a Hypnos headboard and divan base from a very well known and trusted department store but decided to find out more about item I was about to purchase. The headboard alone was £820 and when I went online to check Best Price Beds provided a price of only £494.20. I checked with the department store who said it is exactly the same headboard but as it is available in stock as opposed to a wait time of 5 weeks for it to be made, they would not price match. No worries as the mattress I had ordered requires a 5 week lead time too. I called Best Price Beds to find out more details about their delivery service and how easy it is to assemble the bed. There was no answer and I left a voice message (I usually am a bit skeptical about leaving messages) but they returned my call in less than 5 minutes. I also asked whether the leg option I wanted would still be available as it was being discontinued. No problem, the staff member said he would call Hypnos to check and he called me back after checking in under 5 minutes. He also helped me take the order over the phone and repeated the order details perfectly. So professional and polite and he went into details about how to assemble the bed. I would definitely recommend to check out their website and give them a call if you have any questions. I also checked the Hypnos website and they are listed as an authorised dealer so don't worry if have any concerns why the price is much cheaper. I look forward to writing another review once I have received the bed as I hope it will go as well as the experience I have received so far.

The mattress took 6 weeks to deliver, but was quoted £1239 for a Hypnos supreme mattress at a local high street store, excluding my old mattress being removed. Best beds quoted £899, supplied a mattress cover AND removed the old mattress for this price. I had a most helpful and informative conversation with the company telephone representative and on follow up conversations always received courteously. The delivery men phoned the night before delivery day, phoned half an hour before delivery and arrived punctually. Happy customer!

I rang the Company number and spoke to the person I dealt with who undertook to investigate my query and come back to me. He rang back and had sorted everything out and as a result I placed an order on line. He then rang back as my delivery instructions are outside the norm and he sorted that as well. I ordered a mattress which turned out to be faulty. The way bestpricedbeds dealt with this was exemplary. There was excellent communication throughout the process, swift responses, action and no dragging feet. I would commend them for their excellent customer service sth that is so rare these days and so important if things don't go to plan. In the end. The mattress was picked up and I got a full refund = happy customer.

I saw a guest trundle bed I liked on "special" offer with another supplier. Doing a google search Best Price Beds were significantly cheaper for the same bed. I ordered it easily online via their website - no delivery charge and two single mattress protectors included free. I emailed them once the order was confirmed about the delivery date and had a helpful efficient response very promptly. Their delivery company (Via Logistics) called me in advance to agree the delivery time. They again called me on the day to say they were on their way. They helpfully took the packages upstairs ( we did ask and tipped as a thank you). The bed parts were very safely packaged, instructions were clear and we put everything together in under two hours with no major trauma. Very happy with finished product and will definitely use this company again. Also received a hand written receipt in the post which was an unexpected but pleasant surprise in this email age. Very impressed with them from start to finish.

My old mattress, which was still in excellent condition, was taken away also and I was pleased to know that it will be recycled and not scrapped.

I have just taken delivery of a small double ottoman bed from this company. I am delighted with the quality of the build and the finish of the base is great. The bed base was delivered on time on the day it was expected and by two great guys. I ordered via the internet and within days received a paper copy receipt in the post.
