Worst Customer Service And Manager Ever Dealt With
I paid approx. £5000 for a Citroen C1 car on the 26th November 2015, and experienced faults immediately mainly the car was full of water, the back seat too wet to sit on, the foot wells on drivers side front and back have puddles of water, the boot too wet to use, seals round windscreen hanging off, and the condensation due to this making the car too dangerous too drive as it was impossible to see out of the car due to the windows steaming up. The car was taken back and back again, had some repairs then more parts ordered. On the 26 January 2016 just 61 days later I had had enough and returned the car. THE COMPANY REFUSED TO EXCHANGE IT SAYING IT HAD TO BE PART EXCHANGED. The car shop sold me a car not fit for purpose, and too dangerous too drive THEY VALUED THE CAR AT £3000, SO IN 61 DAYS THE CARS VALUE HAD DROPPED £2000 ABSOLUTLY DISGRACEFUL.. The car was faulty and should have been exchanged for one fit to drive.
WE WERE IN THE SALESROOM FOR 5 HOURS AND 40 MINUTES, WE REPEATEDLY ASKED TO SEE THE MANAGER AND NOT ONCE DID HE COME OUT OF HIS OFFICE TO MEET US OR INDEED SPEAK TO US, HE IS NOT FIT TO BE A MANAGER.
He left young salesman do his dirty work for him. What a fantastic young man he is, he couldn't have been more helpful to us treating us with respect and trying to sort things out. If this young lad is doing the managers job, he should be given the managers wages. Well done to him and thank you.
After five hours we handed over another £600 and left with a car of less value, far higher mileage and not at all what we wanted just to get out of there.
We paid cash for this car and another, they took over £10,000 off us and treated us like this.
I would advice anyone to steer clear of Car Shop Doncaster, as their follow up service and complaints procedure is non existent

Warranty Rubbish Helpless
Do not buy a car from them if it goes wrong and it will they are not helpfull at all want your money then you are on your own bought a car and a £500 warranty that was worthless as they always have a get out clause no wonder most of the staff that I dealt with left you do not have to take my word for it but I had my 10 plate car back 3 times in 1 week major oil leak would not trust them again

Our warranty is approved by the RAC and designed to comprehensively cover issues where a vehicle suffers sudden mechanical breakdown. Appalling Attitude And Service
My wife and myself visited Carshop Doncaster to look for a car, we had sold the wife's car previously,
On arrival we asked to look at cars available with easy access as my wife suffers with rheumatism but were shown to a desk and asked questions regarding which cars we are interested in and what price.
After a series of questions and the assistant making numerous visits to his superior we are told there is nothing available but if I want to pay £300 they would fetch one from Birmingham for us to look at, I decided if I wanted to look at a car in Birmingham I would drive there.
As we did not have a trade in and did not want finance we were almost shown the door ( well it felt like it)
We never saw a car never mind sit in one.
How on earth they stay in business selling cars is beyond me.
