I order a bed from this website, i stupidly did not check the reviews first as I'm pregnant and had just moved house needed a bed quickly. Paid for the bed online was given a delivery date. The bed never showed up, wasted a whole day. So tried to contact the company every number for them doesn't work and they don't respond to emails. To date it's been over a week , I have heard nothing from them !!! They seem to take your money without providing the goods , whilst making it impossible to contact them.You may as well throw money in the street if you order from them.

Ordered by 2pm for next day delivery as was desperate and they were the only company I could find that did this for the type of bed I wanted. Got a call half an hour later saying cant deliver as ordered too late. I said I ordered before 2pm as per website. He said its 1pm. After a heated discussion and suggestion he looks at his website, this was Thursday, he said no delivery till Monday!

Said what time, he said don't know, between 9 and 6 and we wont call you. Great customer service! I had to have this type of bed and after being let down elsewhere agreed.Nobody answered my calls Monday morning to tell me a rough time until gone 10.30 am was the told morning and they wont call. When it arrived I wished they hadn't bothered. My Husband spent 6 hours trying to put it together as no screws fitted any holes and holes in wrong place. After buying new fittings from hardware store, he eventually had to leave parts off the bed as it wouldn't lift up with them on. What a load of cheap tosh. Pound shop quality at Harrods prices and no customer service at all.

I ordered bed in advance. Got an immediate confirmation. Waited all day. No phone call or comment. No bed. After several phone calls and eand emails. 3 weeks later. No bed no comment and I'm sleeping on the floor. Never ever use them.

I ordered a single bed frame for my daughter choosing free next day delivery....then I read some reviews! I was really worried as the bed was needed ASAP. I rang the company for a delivery time slot but could only be told it would arrive between 8am and 6 pm but was assured it had been despatched. The bed arrived at 3.30pm securely packaged and looks perfect built up. Couldn't be more pleased with the price or the quality!

Our dealings with the Bedwarehouse Direct was very good. We ordered our superking size bed and mattress on line on a Saturday afternoon and then on Monday the delivery team rang me to arrange a delivery slot for the week after approx 10 days after the order. They advised to ring the day before for a delivery time, which I did and they confirmed it was an am delivery. The wife was off that day and she rang me at 9.30am to say the bed had been delivered. I put it together that night and had a good nights sleep. The mattress was slightly to hard (we did pick a firm mattress)so we then purchased a quality mattress topper from a local shop to give it that luxury feel without the expense.

Summary - overall a good shopping experience.

Ordered the bed and mattress and they only delivered the mattress, after 2 weeks of chasing I finally got the base. the draw was broken, the packaging ripped and a cigarette burn on the fabric!

Another 2 weeks before they came to collect and am still waiting on the refund! What a joke, stay away!
