I wouldn't recommend this company. They repeatedly failed to meet deadlines for delivery of a cotbed despite daily phone calls. They then offered a substitute which we reluctantly accepted as the baby had arrived. They promised to "swap out" the cot bed once the one we ordered was back in stock but then renaged on this offer when we again called to enquire about our original cot. An utter shambles, appalling customer service and then had the cheek to suggest that we were looking for compensation!! We were merely looking for delivery of the item that they said they had in stock, which they had taken our money in full for and which they had failed to deliver some 4 months later. Avoid if you can!

Avoid at all costs, had a terrible experience with sizes of moses basket stands, company would not help as I did not buy item direct from them. Now left without a moses basket stand with baby due in just a week!!!

Ordered the Izziwotnot Bailey Cot bed in oak with changing table and draw in March for delivery in May

Still waiting for delivery as the supplier in China apparently made the orders up in the wrong colour and the new replacements then didn't meet quality control

Now on a slow cargo ship apparently due to delivery to their warehouse for 15th June and yet the website says preorder for delivery in mid July

Been as patient as possible but this is getting beyond ridiculous and all I've been offered is £30 refund or changing my order to another product in oak which I don't want to do

Izziwotnot Furniture is a great Furniture place, I have used this place for furniture in my home? but I also own a furniture shop in west midlands,, and when I was just opening I found a great wholesalers called Kassa Furniture superb furniture, but has to be brought in bulk quantity if you wanted furniture for your home or apartment I would recommend Izziwotnot Furniture if you wanted to get furniture indoor and outdoor in bulk I would highly recommend Kassa Furniture

We bought the skyline cot bed, with cot top changer and sliding drawer that fits underneath the cot bed as well as the matching wardrobe. They were delivered exactly on the day they said they would deliver and they are very very good quality.

I am so pleased with them and happy to recommend them.

They also have an outlet, where items that either past seasons or have a slight defect (mainly cosmetic), they will tell you exactly what the defects are and can send you photos. You can then decide whether you want to get them or not.

Bought the four piece nursery furniture set which included the cot bed with cot top changer, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Really pleased with the quality it looks as good in my little one's nursery as it did in the brochure! Cot bed converts to toddler bed and it has adjustable heights for when it is a cot. Doduble hanging rails in the wardrobe as well as drawer and shelving. izziwotnot delivered and assembled the furniture in my nursery, assembly was an extra charge but well worth it as they even took the cardboard boxes away with them. Excellent service and furniture would recommend.

Really pleased with my nursery furniture set, it includes cot bed which converts to toddler bed, changing unit with drawers under and wardrobe with hanging and drawer space. Hopefully, it will last my little one well into toddlerdom! It was home assembly, but relatively easy to assemble. The delivery guys were great and really helpful. I shopped around online and got a really good deal including a free cot mattress. Would recommend.
