Trinity, Clapham

Trinity is my favourite restaurant. I have been three or four times now and it never disappoints. The food is always stunning, seasonal and cooked to perfection. The staff are knowledgeable (as they should be having trained at such establishments as The Frency Laundry and Gary Danko), friendly and always there when you need them. The restaurant itself is fairly quiet but nicely laid out and they haven't tried to cram in too many tables. This time we had the tasting menu, which at £38 for 7 courses is pretty good value. The surprises were the courses that i wasn't expecting too much from. The individual shepherds pie was in short, amazing. They also do a midweek prix fix menu, which i think is £20 for 3 courses, well worth it. I hope to return many more times to this restaurant and i hope it never disappoints me.
