Ordered furniture with a set delivery time on the website (14 days).

Emailed several times and also 'phoned requesting a call back 3 or 4 times to enquire about delivery but received no response.

Could only get through to their 'new sales' customer service team who attempted to sell me furniture wax to go with the furniture I hadn't even received.

Furniture eventually arrived after me chasing them - and having to contact the delivery company myself as the relevant details had not been passed on.

Now, 2 slats in the bed have broken (through normal use) and even though I have written requesting a replacement , I have not received a response. I'm not holding my breath..

Good quality furniture but very unreliable.

Ordered Country oak furniture from Right Price Furniture, it was delivered within 14 days, I received a free mirror as my order was £1500, the same furniture from a local stockist selling devonshire pine was £2200, and best of all I had interest free credit on the furniture. It arrived well packaged in the time slot promised and was in first class condition. I would not hesitate to use this company in future, very happy indeed.

Great company to deal with, they take paypal (which I love as i always have money sitting there from ebay :) ) and the delivery was spot on.

I like stylish furniture, but after having my hours cut at my job I didn't have much to spend. Me and my girlfriend have just moved into a new house and we were looking for some solid wood furniture to start making the place our own. We came across Right Price Furniture after looking through a few other websites. We were really happy with the price and decided to snap up a few bits for a bargain and the customer service was fantastic. They were really friendly and took the time to get to know us a little bit, offering a bit of advice on what would look good in our style house.

I was looking around for a new dining table and chairs and saw a few sites. Then I cam across Right Price Furniture. I thought it was a scam at first, because the prices didnt match other websites, and I was always taught "if its too good to be true, then it probably is". After I rang the company to ask them some questions, I felt at ease and went ahead and ordered my table and chairs.

They arrived today (as expected) and let me just say wow! The quality is proper solid and the delivery guys where very careful and friendly. Will definitely be using these guys again!

Took a long time to persuade the other half to buy online but prices were very good. I was keeping my fingers crossed because I was really hoping this company would come through.

The delivery took one week longer than the two weeks they quoted and I had to make one phone call chasing. Accept no one is perfect the lady on the phone was really polite though very apologetic.

When the furniture arrived I was chuft, quality superb and well worth the money, compared to High Street amazing value really.

Table and chairs arrived on time with some good advice from the salesmen on furniture construction and care.

Expensive solid oak table and associated leather chairs purchased. All were suitably protected within the packaging (although there was a lot to clean up after!) and all came out of the packaging without defects. Construction (what little was needed) was simple enough and didn't require detailed instructions although it would have been good practice to include some even so.

Delivery men were friendly and proffesional and handled the units into home with the appropriate amount of care and respect for the other furniture around.

All said a proffesional and punctual delivery: no issues and no problems. People don't tend to write on review sites when things go well: they don't bother! Folk should as it helps to provide an accurate ratio of goods to bads for future customers to work off.

I ordered some items from Right Price Furniture. They debited the money straightaway but when I had to cancel the order because of incorrect delivery information that they gave me I have had to wait, and am still waiting, for my refund. So buyer beware of this company who are only professional when they are selling and most certainly not professional when dealing with compaints and refunds.
