Order replacement parts for headphones. Payment was taken never received any emails from company. Tried emailing several times never got a reply. Finally got someone on live chat they said product would be shipped that Friday two weeks later no product and still no correspondence from the company was able to get same person on live chat this time they just stopped talking to me mid chat and would not respond. Take you business somewhere else!!!!!!

first class service i had bween looking for the item for a while and the price was good

First time customer, bought quite an expensive item from them, and was really looking forward to it. Ordered on Monday afternoon, the website said they will usually ship the same day if its in stock (which it is). Monday passed, not shipped yet. Not a big deal, it should be shipped on Tuesday then. Tuesday late afternoon, still no sign of dispatch. So I contacted their live chat help. Guy there said it will be shipped today and I'll get it on Wednesday. Wednesday almost end and no sign. So I contacted live chat again, same guy, seemed annoyed at me for contacting him again... He told me it was the cable that was holding up the order. Why didn't he tell me that earlier when i first contacted him? He basically gave me wrong information, and not probably checking it. No apologies. Unprofessional, unapproachable, rude, he makes you feel you are annoying him. He prematurely closed my live chat without asking the basic "is there anything else I can help with you". I was quite angry, I felt he didn't respect me. When a company representative treats you with no respect, closes your live chat, ignores your email (same guy as live chat), it's no brainer you should avoid this company. 0 star if i could input it.

There are other companies out there that deserve your hard earned money more.

I wish all internet suppliers would be as good and prompt like this. The item is genuine and easy site to buy from.

Bought this to replace my original cable after losing sound on one side. This cable is appears high quality with gold tips and being braided appears more durable than the original.

Being slightly thicker it takes some effort to install but it is a perfect fit. To my ear the sound is as good as the original.
