Delivery Was Great. Guys Were Lovely
Firstly can I just thank the delivery guys. Absolutely lovely, and helped me unpack it too.
So I,Ordered the u shape Lux chenille sofa and on looks wise it’s stunning but not comfortable at all. I feel like I’m sitting on wood rather than a nice comfy sofa. The cost was £899 plus delivery.. There’s also a damp like smell coming from it but has gotten better over the past few weeks. I have saw companies selling these same sofas on marketplace for as little as £530!! So do feel a bit tricked. I’d be hesitant to buy from sofaworld again as my thinking is they’ll all be the same. Cheaply made but over priced. After reading reviews on Trustpilot I’ve not bothered to complain as they all say they don’t answer or if they do you get fobbed off.
A lesson learned I think.

Faulty Sofa And Basic Treatment
Got a couch off them got messed around with delivery the sofa came it was like out of a drs waiting room it's got no padding on the arms sofa world have refused to do anything even though its under warranty they have obviously saved our numbers and just dont awnser our 1 year old smacked her face on it I'm absolutely raging and they just keep ignoring us

Disgraceful. Should Be Closed Down.
Ordered a sofa from there Facebook page. It was due to be delivered Saturday 23rd nothing had came.
I messaged no reply or answer from phone calls.
Paid the deposit and first payment as I spread the cost using devidebuy
I contacted devidebuy they told me to contact my bank to claim back the deposit and 1st payment and cancelled the other though them.
They copied sofa world into the email they out together and had no response from sofa world.
Absolutely shocking still haven't received the 1st payment or deposit back and have no sofa.
Avoid at all costs.

Disgraceful Delivery Farce!
Thanks for the delivery after 3 attempts of a delivery. Took a day off work unpaid. Waited in no email nothing until I called! Item is not great missing parts. Instructions useless. Disappointed beyond belief. Will not be using you again. 3 attempts of delivery let down 3 times......Your couriers no prejudice were not British couldn't understand instructions,didn't understand English at all. Cheap labour guys probably on £5 per he. The were rude,obnoxious and downright ignorant. Won't be using you again. Bad very bad experience. Take a leaf out of an Ikea experience 10/10 customer satisfaction. Your a disgrace to be on line. Pay peanuts you get monkeys !!!

Order Wrong Quality Far From Great
I didn't like the idea of ordering from them, but we decided to anyway. The cancelled the order through ebay and said to go direct, but through paypal. We did, order came very quickly but was wrong. Now we cannot get in contact with them 30 phone calls 3 emails and several answer phone message, with no reponse from them.

Boston white leather king size ottoman bed is showing completely different picture on web sote from what was delivered. I’m very disappointed!
Next day delivery doesn’t exist!
They only deliver Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
My delivery was postponed for a week after it was bought!

Terrible terrible quality sofa. Avoid. The sofas are in a seldom used room in a home with no pets and yet the fabric on sofa is full of holes in less than 2 years. This is not wear and tear. Customer service is of no help at all

Do Not Waste Your Time
what a joke this company is!!!!
I only saw the reviews after my purchase and hoped id be lucky.
Far from it, delivery tracking is a JOKE.
My Order Summary
-Ordered 2 weeks in advance- set specific delivery date
-delivery date- told it would arrive between time
-hour after this time- recieved text it was delayed and I have new delivery 2 days later
-The delivery time sent to me, NO SHOW
-second delivery time sent to me, NO SHOW
-tracking now says DELIVERY ATTEMPTED (I have been in my front room whole time)
I spoke with three different operators today.
I was told i would be added to text list when I was next delivery....NOTHING
I have inconvenienced 2 other people today, having to call one over in panic to come over whilst I was at work to take the delivery. I left work early.
Its now 8PM- NO DELIVERY
Tracking says its due tomorrow at certain time as attempt was made... WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!
Do not even waste your time with the company. They DO NOT deserve your custom. Cheap but way MORE hassle than its worth.
Staff offered potential good will when questioned what they were going to do about it. I demanded they take this to management as they must have this ALL the time with the number of reviews here!!!
I have emailed to say i expect a call first thing, i am not wasting anymore time on HOLD for HALF HOUR. I have said I will collect it myself from depot if delivery cannot be guaranteed. I have also said I expect a FULL refund of postage and good will as this is unsatisfactory.
Lets see what happens..... confidence is very low.

Absolutely Disgraceful Service
I ordered a chair 1 week ago and my delivery date was yesterday ( which I paid for) I got an email saying it was to be delivered between 5pm and 9pm but no contact number. I took the evening off work. However it got to 11pm still no chair or contact.
I called them this morning and the lovely gentleman told me that he'd looked at the notes and the lorry had broke down at 7.15. I asked for a refund and I would suggest that you think twice about ordering from them. This is the 3rd time I have ordered from dun elm and each time a disaster. NEVER AGAIN
