Happy Days

We hired a Toyota hitop campervan for 2 weeks in January 2015. It was an almost new van with only 7500 kma on the clock and was very easy to drive and park being automatic and 6m long.

We decided to choose All Seasons because they were the only company to provide a canopy for shade with the small campervan. Overall we were very happy apart from making up the bed which was quite a chore every night. We booked the van expecting it to be atwo berth as shown on the website but when we picked the van up it was a 4 berth which makes the bed making much more complicated. Everything else worked well - we had a problem with the fridge on day two, we phoned Mark first thing on day three and he came straight out with a new replacement fridge which worked fine and up to 4 days on a site without mains power.

We think service could have been improved by a better introduction to the vehicle as we'd had it several days before realising it had a reversing camera!

Having hired from Britz and Maui previously we would be happy to use Allseasons again as they were friendly, good value and a hard working family business.

Finally after the first night our first stop was at a mall to buy extra pillows and new sheets as the sheets provided were extremely rough and scratchy but the duvet was fine.

Our 6th Hire And A Great Experience As Always Previously

Have hired campers off All Seasons over the last 10 years travelling most areas of Australia and always found them honest and fair even when problems have arisen.

Always found with All Seasons our being fair and reasonable we receive the same treatment from management and staff in return.

Great company to do business with and will certainly use again and highly recommend them to like minded campers.

Do Not Use This Company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not ever use all seasons campervans. We rented a van from them and they refused to give us our deposit back because there were cracks on the roof but these cracks were definitely not from us. When collecting the van they never even checked the roof with us so the cracks must have been there before we rented it. Terrible company

Never Again

Never Never again this company. The pictures look okay if you look on the website, but the car I was

planning to hire was very old. I phoned the office Excel in Adelaide.

They had this car for me from All seasons. They charged my card and then

after they showed me the car and told me that it was dirty. They did

not tell me before. Because the car was old I asked if I could take a

test drive. They told me it was ok. The gear was not working very good,

made a funny noise. I asked them if it was ok to cancel and they said it

was ok to cancel.

They already had my creditcard information so I already paid. All

Seasons did not gave my money back although I did not take the car. They

said I should drive it to Sydney but I did not. They charged the price

of the rental and excess bond. More then 800 dollars. They did not gave my money back although I did not take the car.

Our vehicles are aged between 2008 and 2013 and are not dirty (the only time a customer will receive a dirty vehicle is on a relocation deal - where the vehicle is priced from $1.00 per day and is so cheap because it has just returned from the previous rental and has not been cleaned).

All Seasons Campervans In Sydney Area Is Horrible.

ALL Seasons Campervans in Sydney area is horrible. We picked up a campervan that was not even completely finished on the inside and thats what we were given to drive. The ceiling leaked when it rained right on the bed. We hit a turkey in the outback and had to drive 1300 miles to get a new windshield. They said it would take two weeks to come to us. Even with insurance we had to pay for all the repairs. Then when we brought the van back they charged us $77.00 because we didn't wash the outside of the van. We have since received other charges on our credit card for things we don't know what they are and they also put a $55.00 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE. All the campers they have are homemade not production campers. Please if you want a good time and and a good van to travel in DO NOT GO HERE!!! We have traveled a great deal and this is the worst we have ever had.

The vehicle was collected from Kogarah and I don't think Kogarah is a horrible suburb! The vehicle was a Fiat Cruiser and had no issues on pickup. All Seasons tried every possible avenue to get a new windscreen to you as quickly as possible (and the longest delay would have been up to 3 days). You were travelling through the outback and finding a repairer who had them in stock was not easy. Unfortunately you were also on an extremely tight travelling schedule and could not wait for a replacement to arrive to any destination. The type of insurance you took was a standard bond, so that meant that any damage up to $2,000.00 was your responsibility - therefore you had to pay for the cost of the new windscreen. It is stated on the contract (which is signed by the customer) that vehicles need to return clean and also about any administration fees for any type of traffic infringement the hirer may incur.

I Totally Agree, If You Want A Good Car/worth For

I totally agree, if you want a good car/worth for your money then do not go to All Seasons. The car they gave me was also old and if you want to cancel they stick to the contract. They are not at all flexible at any time and do not listen or try to understand if you explain the reason, in this case safety wise.

The Campervan They Described As "older Style Toyot

The campervan they described as "older style toyota for the budget conscious" was really over 10 years old, and had over 350,000km on it. And they gave it to us with no windshield washer fluid, and only one headlight. They only told us how/where to change the oil because my husband asked...

Not a good company.
