Recieved car chair from this company, after a week it became faulty with the button not allowing the straps the loosen.
Had a right nightmare with customer service to get this company to arrange for it to be collected and returned for a refund. After waiting two weeks for this to be resolved I ended up reporting this company to trading standards which then they gave me a full refund. Would AVOID this company and shop else where. Disgusting customer service.

Don't buy from Pramworld! They sold me an item they didn't have in stock and send me a different item which I now have the hassle of returning!
Just before a heatwave-it reached 34 degrees!-I decided to buy a cool pram liner and cool summer canopy for my bugaboo chameleon. I checked with Pramworld to ensure it was in stock-They said it was-and ordered the items. The canopy they sent me was for the wrong pram. I called them and they said they'd check the warehouse to see if the one I wanted was available, and call me back. They never called back. I emailed and they told me my item was not in stock. Why did they tell me it was in stock? Now I'm left with no summer canopy for my pram (in this heatwave!!) and I have the hassle of returning the wrong product they sent me. I'm livid. I said they should offer me compensation for their error and the inconvenience this has caused and they said 'they don't offer compensation but will refund the incorrect item'. I should hope so!

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a car seat costing 370 pounds which they delivered damaged and with the address of a different customer on it from previous delivery. The car seat was also not packed correctly missing nearly all the polystyrene was missing. I complained and the company said the damage was negligible. I asked for a collection and refund for my goods. And got 3 weeks they have said every day the delivery man is coming to collect the item but they never turn up. I'm constantly emailing and calling but no one picks up the phone. They say they can't give me a refund until they collect and they also say they are not responsible for the courier to collect even though they never turn up. They are a disgrace. Never deal with them

I ordered an item but it didn't arrive on time. On contacting Winstanley's I was immediately transferred to customer service who were incredibly helpful. The error was rectified immediately and my order was delivered within 24 hours. would definitely recommend this company without hesitation.

Disorganised! Failed To Deliver Requested Product
I ordered a Hauck baby car seat choosing Pramworld as they were the cheapest. The car seat that arrived was made by Hauck but was a completely different model to the one I ordered, with a completely different fitting. I queried this and I was told that a replacement was being sent out (couldn't deliver on a week though!) I called to chase at 4pm on Monday to be told the seat I had was definitely correct and to double check. Checked - still wrong seat.
Emailed on Tuesday and waited all day with no response. Called at 4pm to be told that they don't know why but the car seat they claim to sell is in fact a different model altogether and they can't source the one advertised on their website.
Pretty poor all round and wasted almost a week to be told this!

To order anything online you have to become a member.
When you become a member in the privacy section it states that you agree to be sent promotional material via any method and to receive market research calls/messages by any method.
There is NO opt out section.
When you place an order to be delivered to a different address from the bill payer, As you would to purchase a gift for someone. The system automatically changes both address to the receiving address so the bill payers address then does not match what is recorded on your credit card and the card is rejected.
MORE IMPORTANTLY, when you telephone them, the telephone system automatically cuts you off if the staff are busy with something else. The line connects and you hear the 4 choices on the automated system. Once you select one of those choices the line goes dead. It took me 14 calls to get through. ALL at my expense. This is a deliberate act and burdens the customer with additional expense. I shall be reporting this to OFCOM.
When I eventually did make an order I was sent a text message from the delivery company stating they were delivering the following day but to the wrong address.
You try to ring them again and keep getting cut off again. So the cycle and expense continues.
IT HAS TOOK ME 2 DAYS TO MAKE A PURCHASE.
On the positive side, the staff I did manage to speak to were polite and without the help of one of them I would have not been able to make an order.
Basically the staff are great but everything else is not fit for purpose.
I will DEFINATELY NOT be using this company again. It is too stressful, time consuming and expensive.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Worst Service Ever!
Ordered several products from this company. They took the money within minutes but no products arrived.had to chase them 3 times before they arrived. Phoned and emailed as there are parts missing so can't even use the products that o purchased for my little one who is due any day! Called and apparently an hour on hold of being told That my call was important and still no answer! When do I get the parts for my items?!!!!
I bought a venicci 3 in 1 travel system and didnt open the boxes as my baby is premature and would be in hospital for 3 months. Now he is about to be discharged we opened the boxes to assemble the pushchair only to find out the carseat is missing.... i am soo upset !!!
This has happened to a friend's family member. Only interested in taking money and no concern for the customer.

Great Prices, Great Delivery, Great Customer Service
Really pleased with the service here - ordered an item at a very good price, but when it arrived - on time and in good condition - it wasn't quite what I expected. Customer services have worked really hard to get this resolved and been in touch with the manufacturer to fetch me a missing part - all delivered to me free of charge. They've also updated their website description so no one else misinterprets as I did! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and everyone I've dealt with has been friendly and helpful.
Wouldn't hesitate in using this site again - particularly given the prices I've seen there seem to be really good!
