Waited with cash in my hand, for the receptionist to finish on the phone so I could pay, only for another member of staff to come out reach across to get the card machine for her client to pay first. After saying "I'd like to pay too", I just got a weak smile & told "just a minute". Found this extremely rude. Don't know what they thought I was standing at he counter for. I wanted to enquire about a £50 gift voucher, but after that rude behaviour couldn't bring myself to send anyone else there if I'm not prepared to go back myself!!!

Only give one star because you was unable to leave it blank.

Very disappointed- unfriendly/ non exsistant service and worst manicure I've ever had. Real shame as was looking forward to it- def would not go there again

This was easily one of the worst experiences I've had in the servicing sector. Staff was unfriendly and not paying attention to details. I had my toes and hands done and had to ask every few minutes for corections as they didn't pay any attention to it. Plus the lady was rude. NEVER COMING BACK.

Went in for a full leg wax. Beauty therapist only spent 10 minutes waxing my legs and did not bother to introduce herself, make eye contact or make any conversation. Spotlights were directly in my eyes although they were dimmed after I made a request. Hair was not fully removed and I had to ask the lady to return back to the treatment room to finish the job. A waste of £25, could have done a better job at home.

I have tried all of the local salons. Its good to at last find one where they go out of their way to make you feel pampered and special.

The salon itself was smart, clean and modern.

I was pleased to find that there was a full-time receptionist and a proper waiting area.

My Facial was first class and the price very reasonable.

I decided that I would like to have my nails done too, but they were busy.

I guess it pays to book in advance.

Strongly recommended.

Had my hair done in this salon - not good at all - a standard cut which was uneven!
