Thoroughly professional Company from the time we walked into their showrooms the selection and planning service they provided was excellent. The work carried out by their fitter was to the highest standard. Deane Interior Solutions of Fareham deserve a top rating for quality and price.

Be aware of Deane interiors . Management is the worse you can encounter . We paid for a wardrobe , which was very expensive , giving them a window of more than 3 months to have it manufactured and installed .
When the fitting day arrived , we have a wardrobe been fitted without doors AND NO ONE FROM THE COMPANY HAS CONTACT US AT ALL. We got in touch after a few days as we haven’t heard anything from the company . We called to be told that they were experience some issues our doors as the doors is manufactured somewhere in Europe . That said , they do advertise that their products are manufactured in the U.K.
3 weeks later ,we had our doors fitted and the last invoice of £330 approx to be paid as for the terms and conditions . To my dismay , at 12 noon of the next day of wardrobe been installed ,the very professional Catrina , called me asking for an immediate payment of the invoice. We don’t have a problem in paying it, but strikes me how they were so quickly to contact me for payment and lack so badly in contact me to inform of the inability to finish a job to wish they had 90 per cent of the money paid up front . There are lots of companies out there looking for your business and will consider your as a customer and keep you informed throughout the process .We actually had to chase them if for the doors samples as the sales rep didn’t follow that through either .
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS .
YOU WILL REGRET IT. GO SOMEWHERE

Poor Quality, Poor Fitting, Poor Customer Service

I originally wrote a review that pointed out the poor customer service, poor installation and poor attention to detail that we had had to to put up with.
And so it was.
The important word here being "was".
We did indeed have some serious issues with the work that had been undertaken, and the poor service, but I am very happy to give credit where credit is due, and Deane did take our complaint very seriously.
Indeed to such an extent that they have removed all the previous poor work completely and re-installed the wardrobe to a very high standard and we are now very pleased.

Wanted a quality installed fitted wardrobe so on the basis of previous work, went with Deane. Wish I had not.
Large deposit required upfront, and mix up over installation dates. Was given one day verbally, and confirmation email had two different dates.
On the appointed day tradesman turned up without the Wardrobe doors. 'We can fit them anytime, it's only a 5 minute job" was his and the companies excuse. No consideration for the customer who would have to take further time off work.
Fitting was poor. Screws that protruded through wood fittings, chips in wood, no sealant in gaps.
Doors finally turned up a day later (company continued to say "no promises") but required excessive adjustment to fit properly.
Room left with hand prints all over the work, wood dust everywhere. Poor workmanship
Had a similar experience, will go elsewhere in future

Fitted Wardrobes In 3 Double Bedrooms
We had fitted wardrobe built into 3 rooms this week (18 Feb 2013) and Adam Nokes, our fitter, did a great job. We chose several different layouts and all went in perfectly. Adam was very profession, polite and courteous. Would recommend Betta Living if all fitters work as hard and well.
The fitter made useful suggestions to improve the layout created by the designer. The Salesman Jon was a very personable chap and not pushy which was refreshing.

Ordered A Sliding Wardrobe From Hammonds On The 11
Ordered a sliding wardrobe from Hammonds on the 11th Feb but was told a few weeks later that I need to wait 8 weeks for an available surveyor's visit and another 5 weeks for installation. I cancelled my order and still waiting for them to refund my deposit!
I have since went to Deane Wardrobes in Hampshire. They gave me quote through email (based on the drawing by Hammonds), I negotiated a price (also by email) before going down to their showroom. Interestingly, they are able to offer full length mirrors with minimum fillers and framework unlike Hammonds where their mirrors are standard dimensions!! The choice of colour offered by Deane is also much better with different combinations to mix and match. Although they are based in Hampshire, they are able to do it cheaper than Hammond and gave me 2.6m mirror (using only a 5cm header) unlike Hammond who will use a 40cm header (which is unsightly).
Deane is extremely professional, the pricing is right, no hassle and it is quite a refreshing experience to deal with a family firm who works differently to Hammoonds.
