After visiting the showroom in Northallerton and viewing first hand the quality of their products, I have just had 13 double glazed windows and a composite stable door fitted at my home. I don't normally put pen to paper with regard to work I've had done but I feel I must.

I work as a "projects manager" and manage multi-million pound contracts that sometimes last for several years. I regularly have to ask a contractor to re-visit a piece of work and re-do it so it meets the standards I expect.

I mention this for one reason, I haven't needed to ask your installation engineers to re-visit an area they have completed. Their quality of workmanship, their work ethic and attention to detail has enhanced an already quality product.

Notwithstanding the quality of the product but for the standard of workmanship alone, I would have no hesitation in recommending Chatsworth Windows to family and friends and to anyone reading this review.

I have recently had installed, by Chatsworth, a canopy at the side of my patio. They have made an excellent job of it. The dealings that I had with the tradesmen, or the staff at Northallerton, was extremely helpful and courteous. The whole job I thought was reasonably priced.I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone. If I have any similar work that needs doing in the future I shall use them again.

We needed to replace two large, very rustic, wooden external doors. The rest of the house had already had windows and doors installed by Chatsworth. From the initial enquiry through to the installation it was a pleasure to deal with Chatsworth's knowledgeable and pleasant staff. The fitting team arrived on the agreed date and time and carried out the work with the minimum of disruption, leaving everything clean and tidy. We are delighted with the effect these doors have had and would not hesitate to recommend Chatsworth.

We recently had 2 doors installed by Chatsworth Windows of Northallerton. The initial enquiry at their showroom was informative and the salesman was very knowledgeable outlining the pros and cons of various options. The initial quote was in line with my internet research for two Rockdoors plus installation, not the cheapest but not far off and the benefit of having a local showroom outweighs the extra cost. With the timing laid out upon order, the surveyor duly arranged a visit and was courteous and thorough in his inspection. The fitters arrived on time and the installation was completed very neatly. Finally we had a follow up call enquiring if we were happy with the work.

The whole job was completed smoothly without hassle and I will certainly return for a quote for future replacement of double-glazing.

We needed secondary glazing in order to reduce noise. The Salesman who visited our home was knowledgeable and friendly and provided a quotation for the work with no pressure to "sign up" there and then (unlike some rival firms). After accepting the quote a surveyor came and took detailed measurements and then an installation date was set. The work was carried out on the agreed date. The standard of the installation work is very high and the place was left "as found".

We will use Chatsworth Windows again and can recommend them.

13 windows, one rear door and a large front door to replace - who do you turn to? We had the representative of Chatsworth Windows call in one evening, he was fantastic No hard sell, just straight to the point - ie how much would it save on our heating bill!! We had 5 (yes 5) small bay windows - when asked what he would fit, he described exactly what my husband and I had in mind, not just in that window but all the way through our house!

The quality of the items is outstanding, German frames (they are clever those Germans!) and the most fantastic glass. We changed our mind on the front door 3 times - the one we settled for is breathtaking!

Everything was seamless from the measuring to the fitting. We had clear instructions as to when they would be fitted and what we had to do to prepare - very little really!

The two fitters arrived, clean, smart and tidy, with their van with the logo on the side, which was not advertisement enough! I would have gladly fitted a huge sign on the roof of my house!

i have never seen windows removed before, everything was covered in dust sheets, including my sons teddy bears! Attention to detail by these fitters was paramount, they were organised, hard working, polite .... Everything you could wish for with someone invading your home! It was as if it was their house and they took great care from start to finish! I would like to keep one in my under stairs cupboard as their cleaning and tidying up at the end of the day was amazing!

We strongly recommend this company, the windows do exactly what it says on the tin - its been as hot as hell in here since!

We feel as though we have made some friends, not employed someone to do the job, if in doubt you can come and view my windows and doors any time, they have made our house complete!

Chatsworth Windows have replaced just about all of our double glazed windows over the past five years and in the past month have replaced our porch, back door and the conservatory roof,which was a huge job. When we visited the showrooms to choose certain windows, there was plenty of choice available and you felt that the staff would give you as much time as you wanted and needed. All of the workmen who have worked on the installations have always been courteous, efficient, quiet! and extremely conscientious. They have always tidied up well after themselves and always been willing to do those little extra unforeseen jobs which came up as work progressed. A truly reliable company and one we would have no hesitation in recommending. They deserve the success they have achieved.
