I wish I came across the reviews before I placed the order. The prices seems reasonable. I guess that was what attracted me. (I wouldn't call it cheap as I have ordered the same item in the past for nearly the same price from a different retailer and it worked for about 2yrs).

I ordered a replacement battery for a Samsung laptop. It is yet to be delivered. The tracking number (from myHermes) they provided claims it's been delivered. Had few web chats with Hermes they claim the address to be correct and insist that an investigation into the matter can only be raised by the Retailer and the Retailer has refused to reply my emails and follow the procedure. I can believe I fell for their website/product.

To think reputable companies such as HERMES, PAYPAL & GFS could be linked to a company like this...

It's a dead end with Hermes. GFS could not locate them. Just spoke to Paypal and they've advised to create an account before looking to help but having come across a review about how unhelpful they were...oh well!

The reviews that claim to have received their items is very difficult to believe. They were probably paid to review.

The only way to contact them is by email and the person I dealt with has stopped replying me.

Ordered a replacement battery in august.....nothing! Tried to e/mail...tried to call...neither work, this company is a sham! Do not order anything from these people you will never receive it!!

We ordered a laptop battery 2 weeks ago and paid £40 via PayPal..it never came and we have tried to get in touch with this company on numerous occasions with no success...keep away from them

i bought an msi battery, i paid by paypal, as resolt they said they send my battery by Hermes, i got an track number and according to hermes the pack was delivered, but after 2 months i still whait for my battery.

so nobady cand help me, paypal when i complete an claim to get money back asked me to return the product! lol if i dot have product how can i return it?

Wish I'd read the reviews here first. Worked perfectly for a few days then went completely dead. Probably a return or factory reject. Masquerading as a British company is disingenuous. Avoid.

Although initially concerned ny battery had not arrived within a week I sent an email to the company thinking it was being despatched from the UK

Had a reply within 2 days from a lady in China stating it had been prepared for despatch and would be with me in a further 10 days.True to her word it has done so arriving by UK courier.It is the corrrect battery,and appears to be working perfectly.

At first I thought everything was OK. The battery was delivered fairly quickly, and actually fitted perfectly. However, it only lasted about 6 months before the power started to decline, and would only power my laptop for about one hour. It declined rapidly from then on, so after ten months it was only lasting about 10 - 15 minutes, and it was supposed to be "extra" power.

I emailed the company to claim under the warranty in September ( the warranty ran out in November ) which is when the run around started. Their replies were gobbledegook, and it was obvious from then that the service was useless, and the warranty worthless.

My advice - pay a bit more, buy from a UK based company, and steer clear of this bunch of jokers.

The people on this review site that left five stars were very lucky, but the disatisfied customers are twice as many as the satisfied ones.

Ordered a new battery for my Packard Bell laptop , feeling pleased with the price and received an email confirmation shortly after. Then a few days later I read the reviews and thought that was it, ok , put it down to experience! Then around 10 days after placing the order I received an email saying it had been shipped and it arrived 2 days later, well wrapped and in perfect condition . I am very pleased to say it is the correct battery and my laptop is working perfectly.

After I orderd my replacement battery, I then found this blog with various comments which worried me. But i have to say that when the battery arrived i placed it in my laptop and it worked straight away with out any problems, my only complaint about this order which could be worrying after i placed the order and paid for it then it informs you that even though it's a UK web site the company is based in China, then there was a period of not hearing from the company to what the situation was in relation to dispatch it could give you some concern but it did arrive and I am very pleased with the product it is everything the company said it was and i would use this company again.

Although this company used uk.co you are actually dealing with a Chinese company directly. The warranty and returns policy is worthless as you need to return the battery to China at your own cost. This is impossible as batteries are banned export postal items. Considering all the EU red tape British based companies need to comply with it appears Chinese companies can operate with impunity. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with on the internet.
