We hired Ron White for our wedding, and we are very disappointed with the service.

Our contracted stated there would be two photographers, and only one of them came. When we asked him what happened to the second photographer we paid for, he said we didn't need a second photographer so he send the other guy home. Later, he came up with some excuse about showing up at the wedding a couple hours before the ceremony and didn't count it against us, even though we specifically told him when the wedding starts and when he should be there.

The pictures were only sub-par. For example, almost all of our pictures for our first dance had the videographer in it, and he charges a extra to edit it out. We felt like he did that on purpose.

Finally, he only give us 60 days from when we get our photos to put our wedding pictures together if we want them to print a wedding album. He sent us a pdf of hundreds of tiny thumbnails of the appropriate layouts. there's no software to work with. If you ask him to do it, it's an extra $300. If we don't finish it in 60 days, we have to pay an extra $500 fee per album. As someone with no experience in this kind of things, it is not enough time at all.

I wish I knew they were going to be so difficult to work with. I sincerely hope no other bride will have to go through what I did.
