Convivio Bar & Restaurant - Chester

I love coming here for a meal whether it is a romantic meal with my husband or a get together with my friends or work colleagues. The staff are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and wine list.

The setting is fantastic, as it is an old TSB bank with high ceilings. The lounge bar is situated upstairs with a vaulted ceiling, chandeliers and comfortable seating areas.

The A la Carte has a good selection of reasonably priced pasta and pizzas, together with a good choice of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. Convivio also regularly has special deals such as an Early Diner menu £10 for 2 courses and a Lunch menu with selected items only £5.

I can strongly recommend a visit to Convivio, as I have always had an excellent experience here.

The only negative feature is that the toilets are upstairs which makes it difficult for disabled customers.The building is listed therefore the owners are very restricted with regard to alterations.
