I was very pleased with the transfer arrangements and the courteous drivers. Both drivers were very punctual and accommodating. I shall not hesitate to book this service again should I come back to the Algarve.

100% recommended. The driver was waiting for us at the airport and was very easy to deal with. We paid when we got out at the hotel and the driver was very kind and helpful. Upon collection day the driver was different but he was on time efficient and got us very safely to the airport. I will use these again on my next trip to Faro.
Customer service at its best from the drivers and excellent value for money. We travelled with other people who came at different times and their transfers were more expensive.

Just returned from a week in Praia da Oura having used Faro Air Transporters for the first time. All I can say is what a great service they provided. From booking the online transfer to being met at the airport to being collected for the return flight there was nothing but professionalism from all concerned.We received text confirmation for both arrival and departures and each time the driver was there to greet us.
Ten out of ten for a wonderful service.

Poor Service Levels - Watch Out If You're Due A Refund
Picked up at Faro airport on 11th July 2015 and pleased with initial service, paid for an MPV with leather seats and the extra for express route via motorway. Arrived at apartment in Albufeira in approx. 30 mins reasonably satisfied with service, driver appeared to want to overtake whenever possible and drove slightly too close to other vehicles but, at least we arrived safe and sound. On the return journey one week later we were met on time for transfer back to airport however the vehicle waiting was an old minibus with worn upholstery albeit with a friendly driver. On the route to the airport we did not go the express route via motorway and instead were taken on a tour of country roads which were in need of repair and maintenance which combined with the poor suspension of the vehicle meant we had a less than pleasant journey to the airport. When we arrived back in the UK I emailed the company and complained about the service provided and pointed out that they were in fact in breach of contract as they did not provide the service for which I contracted and paid for, the reply was simple: Luis Costa stated, This was our mistake inserting booking type on system. Please inform how do you want to receive balance. We can you refund on this moment to paypal account ? Waiting for your reply.
I pointed out that it wasn't just a matter of refunding any balance reply acknowledges a mistake but you haven't even apologised for it and as for the refund I would have expected something a little more generous than just the balance to make up for our disappointment and discomfort. Any payment offered could be via paypal however, as the currency would be changed to GBP and the fact there was a fee for this, I would not expect to have to pay it.
The reply again was short and sweet exactly as follows including spelling: Of course i apologise you for this and i even do not know what to do with this mistake of my staff because this is complete unceptable. Please inform your paypal account ?
I replied stating My paypal account and asking to confirm exchange rate fee would be paid by them.
They responded by stating the payment would pay the balance plus the express route fee which was in euros.
I eventually agreed to accept but lost out on both currency exchange rates and paypal fees.
The amount was not much but it was the issue which was at stake, they really couldn't care less it was just one of lots of hires they probably do on a daily basis and they didn't get the issue that the customer should not lose out because of their ineptitude.
I shall never use their service again, they do not deserve it. If you find yourself in a similar position, watch out........you will be the one paying fees and losing out.
Use a more reputable company who actually care about you and provide good customer service.

Transport booked on line, so I did have some reservations about whether or not this was a good idea as flying is a stress in itself without having to queue for a taxi if the booked transport didn't materialise. An important factor in booking this firm was that payment could be made on the day to the driver. Needn't have worried about taxi not turning up . Met at airport, very clean vehicle, polite driver. Taxi on time for return. Will book with them again.

Our plane was 30 minutes late, but as we left arrivals there was our driver holding up our name on a board. He took my wife's bag and after a short walk to the car we were off to Americo de Pera. Very clean and tidy vehicle.
We also booked the return trip and the driver was there 15 minutes before hand and again a very smooth trip. Faultless service.

We decided to book a taxi transfer because our flight was arriving in Faro at 9:30 pm. It was good value for money and definitely the right choice for us. We were met at the airport as expected and the driver asked if we wanted to pay an extra 7 Euros to take the motorway. We chose this option and the journey was very quick and comfortable. We arrived at our destination in Praia da Luz in about an hour. An excellent service that I would certainly recommend.
