Still waiting for my glasses (2 months later) .... emails returned, phones not working!

After realising the cost of purchasing a designer pair of glasses and lenses from Specsavers, I decided to turn to Valley Optics. Extremely impressed with the end product and for a quarter of the price! They did take a couple of weeks to arrive but they were definitely worth the wait. Communication with the company when I queried the delivery time was great, I got a response the same day. Thank you

Ordered a pair of sunglasses with fitted prescription lenses for its competitive pricing. Took two full weeks to arrive, an acceptable but slow turnaround - an attempt to shift the order a few days as I went away for a few days was ignored. Response times to order-related email queries was good but customer service/quality was poor especially as something about the lenses was wrong and ultimately had to go to a local optician to sort this out as Valleyoptics was less than helpful. Might use them for purchasing a frame only if the price is standoutish but not for prescription lenses or any otherwise more demanding order. Got only myself to blame for going for cheap & cheerful.

It took me a long time to decide on spending £200+ on Oakley sunglasses, and I did A LOT of shopping around to find somewhere that did prescription ones for a reasonable price - Valley Optics were by far the most reasonable and hassle-free. I did contact them first to check that I would get the sunglasses before I went away, and they were very reassuring. As it happened they came quicker than I expected.

I hadn't managed to find the ones I wanted in a shop anywhere to try on, so it was a bit of a leap of faith, but I just love them and they have made life so much easier with driving in the sun etc. I was ludicrously nervous about spending that much money on glasses, particularly ones with a new prescription, but it was totally worth it. If I had gone anywhere else I'd have had to spend an extra £70 at least, which wasn't really an option. One happy customer :)

I've always been too wary of buying my glasses on the internet for some reason but not anymore. I hope this company do really well because they thoroughly deserve to. A brilliant, professional and speedy service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a pair of Prada Sport sunglasses from Australia. They quickly responded to my queries, dispatched the order immediately and I received it across the globe in 7 days. Authentic new designer sunglasses at a cheap price. I'm very pleased.

I placed an order for prescription glasses and pretty much immediately received confirmation that my order was received (I like that, its reassuring!) A couple of days later I contacted them to check how long it should take for the glasses to be completed and despatched and was delighted to hear back from Rod that I could expect them to be despatched within 10 days. Well he was true to that promised and I received them as expected about 10 days later (which was very good going given that they were travelling over the Irish Sea to Dublin).

Utterly thrilled with the glasses, couldn't ask for better service and I will definitely be back to Valley Optics in the coming months for new prescription sunglasses.

Having placed my order for Ray Ban prescription glasses with only 2 weeks to go until Christmas I was worried I wouldn’t receive these in time to give to my girlfriend. I called a couple of times to check on the status as I wanted to keep track of the order and my call was answered on both occasions with a very friendly and helpful gentleman who was only too happy to put my mind at ease. He also informed me that to ensure they reached me in time he would make sure they were sent 'Special Delivery' which I consider to be fantastic customer service by going above and beyond my expectations. The glasses arrived this morning as promised via special delivery and I could not be happier. I would thoroughly recommend using Valley Optics for anyone who wants a quality product and excellent customer service.

After a night of googling dodgy looking sites for reasonably priced sunglasses I came across Valley Optics and was immediately reassured by their professional looking website. They just look like the real deal, and it turns out they are. I had to wait a bit for my Oakleys to arrive - a week - but this was because Valley Optics had to order them from Italy. When I emailed an inquiry about the time being taken I received a prompt and personalized reply from one of the opticians, Rod, explaining the situation, and once my glasses were dispatched I received them the very next day. They are unquestionably authentic, and the Valley Optics price was about the cheapest I could find after a night of googling. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again.
