Better Than Most
Have to admit, I got a little scared after reading all the less than stellar reviews...after I purchased my tires. If I had of read the reviews I probably wouldn't have purchased. That being said, my experience was 5 Star. Tires showed up at the tire shop before my appointment and the installers had them on in less than an hour.
Piece of advice to anyone thinking of not purchasing - have them installed at a proper tire shop like I chose. They are experts at tires and should be honest with you if they think they are too old or 2nd's like some of the other reviews.
Purchased Blizzaks Nov 28/23 for my 2023 Ford F150 and installed on Dec 7/23.

Shambles, Avoid. Can’t Fulfil Fitting Slot Terrible Service
Ordered online at Blackcircles.com, got through to the booking page and selected the available fitting slot at the garage which was accepted at the time, however at 16:20pm the very next working day (day before the fitting apt) I receive an email to tell me Blackcircles were “unable to confirm the booking with the garage you selected”, didn’t even have the decency to call me to let me know (why take down a contact number on the booking).
Their Customer Service is absolutely appalling, I made it clear to the lady I spoke to that I took a day’s annual leave from work to accommodate the original booking, but I was not offered any apology for all the inconvenience caused. Customer Service then told me to call the fitting centre myself and get confirmation of the rearranged fitting, so they’re quick to take your money, make a booking which they can’t fulfil then expect the customer to do their job for them…
I suggest you stay well clear of Blackcirlces unless you don’t mind being massively inconvenienced and telling them how to do their job for them.
Safe to say that I will not be purchasing again. Shambles!
Unprofessional Attitude From Fitters
I visited Elite Garage Manning's Heath for advice on the four tyres that I was considering buying from Black circles. I was amazed to be told that the tyres I was thinking of buying were rubbish and told not to have any dealings with Black circles as they don't want to know if anything goes wrong. I will not be using this garage again, and neither will I be ordering from Black circles after what I was told.

Only Did Half The Job
The tyre was put on fine but the fitter didnt bother to return the spare - just dumping it in the boot. Of course he didn't mention that he'd done that and left before it was noticed. When Blackcircles were notified of this they refused to fix it - telling me to pay a local garage to do it. Will never bother again as now I'm both out of pocket and inconvenienced.
Shocking Service
Shocking service , from fitting being cancelled twice, to them sending my tyres to a completely different garage and then only sending one instead of two tyres, then saying they were coming to take tyres back!! When I finally got things sorted (approximately 8 phone calls later), went to garage to get tyres fitted only to be told blackcircles hadn’t sent a confirmation email so garage couldn’t fit them. That took another 3 phone calls so rectify!
Certainly won’t recommend and will never use again!
Unreliable
I’ve been using BC for years without any issues but ordered two Hankook tyres in late August and am now on my 4th rearranged fitting appointment at my local garage. Never had any problems with the garage before. BC wait until day before appointment to notify me. Not good enough.

Paid For Tyre Fitting, Got Several Cancelled Appoints.
The worst company I have ever come across! Absolute waste of time. Three tyre change appointments have been cancelled. They over book garages, not with appointments they think the garage can accept, but just take your money, then try to book you in for your chosen date.
We have had every appointment cancelled the day before fitting.
Horrendous abuse of the customer. How dare you sit on people's money like this, leaving people with nothing for it.
I spoke to someone on the phone at blackcircles and was assured this next appointment would be fulfilled. I expressed my concern about driving with tyres which desperately need changing, they are putting us in danger now.
I do not care what your lousy excuse is this time, I want my money back!
Do not use this company, they are a dreadful waste of time.

Hopeless
Two weeks on and I still have no tyres fitted.
Three customer service people have been involved. After first booking a time to have the tyres fitted at a garage, I had an email next day asking to book another time, which I did. Then, no response. I opened a ticket. Next day, I called in. The fitter was blamed.
A new appointment made and a £20 refund offered and accepted.
At the new appointment (10 days later) I had a wasted trip to the fitter who had not received the tyres - no warning from BC, just a reminder email of the appointment that morning.
I spoke to customer service at 3:30 pm that day but has no response. Spoke to someone the next day at 8:30!). No response since.
At 4:30 last might and 9:05 this morning the customer service line is shut (with a reminder the opening hours are 9 - 5:30). No response from the third customer service person.
I cannot cancel the order as they are not answering the phones.
BC are a complete mess. The best thing would be for them to go out of business as quickly as possible. I don't wish ill on its employees, but BlackCircles are not fit to operate.
Avoid And Use Local Garages Directly
I've been using Asda tyre service for years, thought I'd give blackcircles a try.
I'm left regretting this decision.
Having payed for and booked my tyres with a local garage a few days ago, I received an email request for me to reschedule, fair enough these things happen.
Booked the next available slot using the link provided.
Only to have been told half an hour later that my 2nd slot was also unavailable and I'd have to reschedule for next week.
After asking the person I was corresponding with to check with the garage that they hadn't double booked me or made a mistake or something along those lines as this seemed quite unusual.. the person I was corresponding with gave no response to this and just said I'll need to choose a date next week.
To this I responded, next week is not much use to me unfortunately, what are my options? I.e Can I book into another garage this week or get a refund? Etc.
No response.
8 hours later someone else replies and just says, again.. I'll have to reschedule for next week.
Really disappointing customer service, I have since got through to someone by calling and have managed to re arrange for an earlier appointment, hopefully thatgoes to plan, I will update my review accordingly.

What Lifetime Guarantee?
LIFETIME GUARANTEE what a joke, bought some tyres albeit 6 years ago for a car I don't do many miles in. They started cracking on all of the inside tread patterns after only 9k miles a few years ago, so after they came up as an advisory on my last MOT decided to make a claim at 12k miles. The tyres still had around 5mm tread depth and after 5 phone calls and weeks of waiting, was told that my Goodyear F1 Assymetric tyres only had a manufacturing warranty of 5 years from purchase....HOW CONVIENIENT. Was offered 10% discount on future purchases as a goodwill gesture but still got them a lot cheaper elsewhere by nearly £80 for 4x Assymetric 6's so BEWARE, I will NEVER buy from Blackcircles ever again!!!
