I bought my daughter a refurbished Apple laptop in October, but it was a Christmas gift and wasn’t opened until Christmas Day. She couldn’t sign in to iTunes so couldn’t update anything, or do any action at all on the machine. I called Tesco outlet who informed me that I’d have to send it back at my own expense. It cost £26 to send it back only to be told they couldn’t fix it and I’d be sent a refund, but no postage refund. Christmas ruined, and £26 out of pocket for nothing but disappointment. Don’t waste your money on this rubbish

There was too much buffering issue and I asked VirginMedia, the technician visited nd identified that Tv might have error, my broadband was okay. I contacted both eBay and Tesco, both said sorry cannot do anything as it is more than a month. I bought because of 12 months warranty. Now no way to repair as this model even with Ethernet has buffering issue. My all huge money wasted. Simply buy from eBay only cheap items that you don't regret if something goes wrong. Both eBay and Tesco are irresponsible or they get away with their terms and conditions that are are dubious. Final thought DON'T BUY from TESCO OUTLET as they might be selling damaged or obsolete things, hence cheap.

I purchased a toaster from Tesco Outlet via Ebay. Paid for 24 hour next day delivery, but nothing turned up. I couldn't even track the item and have no clue where it has gone. Worst first experience. Wont be using them again. Stay clear. All I wanted was some toast in a morning.

This is not Tesco's, it is Trojan Electronics Ltd T/A Tesco Outlet. TV broke after 9 months, sent back for repair at own expense. Complained about return postage, said would refund, then said they wouldn't, then said they had already, then said they would. Couldn't repair item, no replacement offered, said they would refund, and didn't. Despite numerous emails, no help at all, ending up filing against them in small claims, now I have my money.

Bought a rice cooker from Tesco outlet and twice while I was in they said they attempted delivery which was complete rubbish (they use Hermes which I would avoid like the plague) then the third time they just put a card through my door without knocking and when I looked out the window the driver didn't even have a package with him. Now they are refusing to refund me even though they didn't even attempt to deliver once and say I will have to open a case against them on ebay. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TESCO OUTLET... 

Purchased a TV, asked for a tracking number following 2 days after not receiving the TV (48 hour delivery). Eventually the response was an incorrect tracking number for an item bought 2 days before I bought the TV. Email correspondence is terrible and either the system they use to correspond, or the service staff are incompetent. Sent TV straight back and will never use them again. In this market, they need to up their game if they going to sell on ebay.

Both arrived quickly in the same package. The Blue Vivofit was not new - but used and missing the heart rate monitor strap. The time was also correct and on display so someone had set it up. The box was also clearly damaged. What is really annoying is it was obvious the Blue Watch was not new. So I have had to send 2 emails and make to phone calls to Swansea to sort out getting this replaced... as well as a trip to the post office.

Never received items, was told delivered to my shed, only issue is, I don't have a shed. Terrible Terrible company. Will never touch with a bargepole.

First of all this is tesco stores rubbish that they cannot sell in store faulty returns, it is run by a company called ,Trojan Electronics Ltd in south Wales

all the manufacturing labels ,stickers are removed so you can not tell the age of the goods, some are well used returns . Better of buying new

This company is hiding behind the Tesco name. Remember you could be buying a TV that has being working in someone's for up to a year.
