This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they are supposed to help you and support you during a difficult period but in my experience with them they treat you like a criminal have absolutely no idea admin wise asking for documents you have already sent over and over again and have absolutely no respect. They honestly sent me near to taking my own life Seriously. Do not go anywhere near them if I knew how bad they were I would have just made myself bankrupt and saved myself some sanity BEWARE

I was discharged 3 years ago, but the account is still not settled. They still have not payed the creditors any money I paid in. Then they went into administration. Shockingly bad company. Avoid them like the plague.

I have been in my iva 2011 an completed in October 2016 since then checks being completed. Kept fully informed and now had letter confirms complete an awaiting my certification now had good service always

This company did not explain the IVA said I would never pay back more than what I originally owed when they were increasing my payments and I was paying in extra. Original debt has increased by 15,000 by the end of the IVA still stuck in it two years on. I don't see an end to this. Wish I had never been introduced to thus company .I would have better off dealing directly with my creditors.I would have been debt free a long time ago.

If you live in Scotland, it's a trust deed you need, not an IVA. Varden Nuttall are very poor at dealing with trust deeds. They assign them to 1 staff member and when that staff member leaves, as was my experience, then your left and forgotten about. I've finished payments about 1 year ago and my trust deed is still not completed because they never bothered to chase up PPI and write to the creditors.

Friendly on the phone, but very poor service. Do not use this company for a trust deed.

It wasn’t a prison sentence after all. Compare IVA with bankruptcy, it simply adds up to think an IVA will in 5 years have your whole life back on track, and debt free. By the 6th year totally creditworthy again.

Get someone in your corner like I did.

1. They’ll talk to your creditors, and halt any interest.

2. Smaller monthly amounts can then be paid.

3. You’ll have a bit of money to spare and hope at last.

4. Work with the same individual who’ll give the utmost in guidance.

5. By the time it’s finished, how much debt would have built up otherwise?

6. After 5 years, one can look forward to being debt free, like I am now.

dont be fooled by this debt company, i left my details on the step change site for help with debts a few months ago and i was put through to this company after a week. had papers collected from my home and was rang by this firm and i didnt know who they were!!!!!!

spoke to the real stepchange and they said they were looking into it and hadnt passed my info on to anyone else and on there system said i had never spoken to them ever. fuming.com

Having being in so much trouble i buried my head in the sand having been with a company before they started of good but turned out bad I was thinking of going Bankruptcy when someone recommended me to Varden Nuttal having spoken to them they reassured me that they could help and that they would deal with everything from the creditor to getting the threating letters to stop and true to there word they did having gotten the IVA through at the price that I could afford was a added bonus and having just gone through my review after the year they was as still friendly as they was at the beginning can't thank them enough my only advice is don't bury your head in the sand contact them they are not judging you they are on your side and ther to help after coming off the phone with them you will feel like a 10 tonne weight has been lifted off your shoulder's guarenteed.

I am a self employed taxi driver and had accumalated over 20k of debts to credit cards, loan companies and the tax man.
