Bohm Furniture - Bohm Italian Stools

I bought a 2 seater settee and a chair - it came with odd arms, chipped legs, the back scuffed. They sent Edward out who took photos of it, and then allowed me to exchange it. Got a three seater and chair, only for it to be PVC! not leather. The shop has very dim lighting to trick the eye. They have refused to exchange it even though we were led to believe it is real leather. Disgusting director and customer service. Avoid like the plague.

It takes weeks for them to even bother to order your goods. They then lie, deny they forgot to order them, and blame Italian suppliers. Just look at the complaints about them on Google Maps. They insist on payment in advance and then fail to deliver in a timely manner. When you then say that you don't want the goods that they promised in weeks but took months and months to fulfil, they play hardball on the terms. We had an absolute nightmare with them spending hours and hours of our time with them.
