Great Oaks Kennel Noak Hill Romford

We have been kennelling our dogs here for 20 plus years and recommend these kennels to friends and family with no complaints.

We have again picked up our dog after two weeks holiday and whilst he was extremely tired as usual from the fact he is unsettled by the different surroundings, he was fine.

We had a health issue with our dog a couple of years ago ( no fault of the kennel ) they contacted A family member raising there concerns but was immediately assured it was a ongoing issue and not to worry,

Please be assured we spent years looking for a suitable kennels for our pets and we remain confident this is the best place for them and will continue to recommend these kennels.

We have used these kennels a number of times over the years and our 12 year old Shi Tsu has always enjoyed his stays . We needed to board him for a long stay of seven months and the two friendly ladies working there assured us he woud be well cared for and all his vet visits / vaccinations / medication would be looked after .

While we were away we had regular email updates of his progress and photos.

One of the ladies took him home at night because it was a long time and over the winter in kennels and he does like home comforts . He had plenty of walks and came back to us fit and healthy . We had trouble finding someone who would board him for such a long time and we are very grateful for the care and attention he was given while we were away .

We have used these kennels for several years now. Our dog jumps out of the car and runs into the kennels so we're confident he's happy. Just collected him from his first visit of the year, three more booked. The staff are friendly and know their clients.

Would never leave my dog there, took him in and returned to collect him the same day. The old ladies seemed cold and heartless. Disgusting

I went on a weeks holiday and left my Pomeranian dog and ferret at great oaks kennel and can't thank them enough for the great care they both got you could see they was so happy their and well looked after and fed well and had plenty of fresh water left for them their cage and living area was spotless and bowls all very clean ,I have already booked them to stay their again when we go away in February as I know they will be very happy their a big thank you to you all

I left my English Bull Terrier at Great Oaks kennels for 12 days. When I picked him up he had not lost any weight & seemed happy to have stayed there.

Every time I had visited the kennels unannounced they where spotless & all the dogs seemed well looked after.

Reading one of the recent reviews about a dog not being fed & blaming the kennels, I would like to state that it is quite common for dogs to fret & go off their food while their owners are away. This is by no means any fault of the kennels.

I would not hesitate to use Great Oaks again.

Once again, Patch was happy to be left from the minute he jumped out of the car (and we would know if he wasn't happy to go into the kennels believe me!)

We use Great Oaks several times a year, from a weekend away to a fortnight's holiday and have no hesitation to leave him there. It's great peace of mind.

I am so happy to leave my dog here. I know she will be well looked after. I have used this kennels for 6 years and have never had any problems. I think they do a fantastic job at looking after all the animals and don't think they have a bad bone in there body. I would recommend this kennels to all my family and friends and to anyone who reads these reviews. You will be so pleased with what these people do.

i have been using the kennels for nearly over 4 years and i am happy with the service thay provide i no that my dog jack is well looked after he always seems happy to be left and when i pick him up he is so full off life i would recomoned this kennels to all my friends xx
