I'm so happy with my new kitchen it is gorgeous and from the beginning of the experience all the staff were very professional and helped me make my decisions. They took me through different aspects of the work and what would look right or not right. The the lad who put it in was very respectful and he was excellent at his job. I would not hesitate to recommend the kitchen Emporium to anybody the whole experience was excellent. I look forward to many years of happy cooking. I shopped around before going to the kitchen Emporium. No where else could offer me exactly what I wanted.

The designer was very experienced and offered ideas I had not thought of, also was very kind to remove the dodgy cupboard that was falling off the wall ( above and beyond)

Everything was very organized and ran to plan and time.

All the guys involved were great, from rip out to fit, electricians, plasterers. All very experienced, very courteous and considerate. A joy to have around!

After months of contemplating and trying to design our own new kitchen we gave up until Kitchen Emporium were highly recommended. The salesman met with us in our own home and after showing him several designs he asked if we minded if he completely redesigned our plan. We are so glad he did as the layout was 100% better than we imagined. He took time with us to agree the final plan and in less than 2 hours our dream kitchen was ordered at a price we didn’t think was possible. The work started to plan and took 2 weeks as promised. The workmen assigned to us from the delivery man who also ripped out the kitchen, electricians, plasterer and fitter are a credit to Kitchen Emporium. They all worked to schedule and tidied up every day. They were all very friendly and professional. We love our new kitchen and would highly recommend anyone thinking of ordering a new kitchen to give Kitchen Emporium a call and let them take the stress away. Top class service all round

I cannot fault anything about the service given by the Kitchen Emporium. A great product, well fitted, by helpful staff, willing to go the extra mile to help and all delivered in a timely way! Everyone I encountered from the initial enquiry to the finished product was helpful , efficient and friendly. I would readily recommend this team and I am so happy with my new kitchen ! :)

We had been looking for a kitchen for our new extension that is being built next year in Feb. We had been to a lot of different places and cut it down to two to get prices with Kitchen Emporium being favourite. My budget was 30k and I pressed the 21k+ button when we booked the appointment. I emailed my plans over and a list of what we wanted. Our architect had put on where we wanted the kitchen i put on the wish list the things I wanted and naively thought they might have ideas to show us when we arrive. I told them via email and on the phone that we were going to two places. I told them when the build was happening. I chatted to the sales man and got a good feeling he was really nice. Unfortunately on the day of getting the plans done we didn't get the nice sales man we got the MD. He asked me why I had come as we wasn't getting it built yet. Even though it was within 6 months which they had said they would hold it for. I told him I wanted a plan done so we could go away and look and decide what we wanted. He said he does not give plans unless we paid a deposit as we could take plans elsewhere and asked if the salesman had told us different. I said no but he hounded the salesman in front of me. He made me feel like a piece of dirt on his shoe and had me upset with the way he talked to me before we started. I was ready to leave but I calmed down as he designed the kitchen. The plan looked nice and I started to let him off for his attitude. However he started to be funny with appliances and taps and after I said we had Bosch appliances he said that only stupid people who can't cook have bosch. I said I didn't know which to have but the quote could go up or down depending on appliances and extras. He said right plan is done and it will take 8 hours to do the quote which if it takes that long their it is rubbish as a spreadsheet could sort that out quick. I had to prompt him that he hadn't asked me about the cabinets I wanted. Needless to say he didn't bother to provide us with a quote and his company if we had dealt with the salesman instead would have definitely had the business. Even though I am glad that it happened then and not if we had a problem with the build or kitchen fit, as I think he would make it very awkward for you.

. I was living abroad during the planning stage of our new kitchen.

. Design started from a blank canvas as it was going to be fitted into a new extension.

. Communication was key and believe me my designer was excellent at communicating with me and making sure I had copies of all changes after each meeting or telephone conversation.

. It was such an unusual situation that he found a way of sharing his computer screen in real time as the design was developing. Which was very helpful and showed the the company was prepared to work outside their usual parameters.

. The kitchen is a real show stopper in design and quality.

. Kitchen Emporium made sure everything went smoothly with delivery and installation and were on hand to remedy any issues as they arose throughout the installation.

Absolutely thrilled with our bespoke kitchen. From initial design in the shop to the final fit. Nothing was too much for any of the people at kitchen Emporium, including the fitters. We were consulted on numerous occasions for our feedback and input into our kitchen and we really felt looked after. The fitters were an absolute pleasure to deal with and really cared about the look we wanted to achieve. The design was exactly what we wanted and the 3D design was a perfect match to the final fit.

This is the second kitchen we have had designed and fitted by Kitchen Emporium. Our initial kitchen was purchased some fifteen years ago in our previous home. We were so delighted with the process and outcome that we returned to the company when planning the kitchen in our new home. The house was about to undergo a first floor extension and a new design of kitchen was needed to facilitate the open style living that we wanted. Despite the building work being in its infancy the designer understood our requests and had the skills to offer even more than we had envisaged. The workmanship was of an extremely high standard and every member of the team contributed to achieving a fabulous living/dining experience. We were so delighted with the end results that we contacted the company again but this time it was for a dressing room.Needless to say, another job well done.

A friend of ours recommended Kitchen Emporium as she had her kitchen from them. We had a positive experience with them overall. Their showroom is large with different models and styles on display. The quality of the units is excellent with several ranges to suit different budgets, and their computer simulation programme gives a very realistic 3D image of what the kitchen will look like on completion.

We were given a slot to start the work with the expectation that work will be completed in 2 weeks. They recommended the builder, joiner, electrician and tiler. They were all easy to contact and their work was of high quality. During the fitting we had some minor glitches with issues such as the length of the kitchen tap or some of the dimension of a wall unit but these were resolved quickly. Work was completed on schedule and we are very happy with the end result. It was worth all the hard work and being without a kitchen for 2 weeks!

We would recommend them to our friends after our experience with their team.
