We have recently had the pleasure of using RDO to replace our faulty Leibherr fridge/freezer. We were advised to contact them by Leibherr who would part pay for the replacement of a new one.

We have to say thank you to all the staff involved in assisting us from reception, through sales, backroom and installation staff in making it a smooth and pleasant process, ensuring the equipment was installed at the earliest opportunity. All staff were courteous and helpful.

Please pass our thanks on to all involved, particularly the installation engineers. They could not have been more helpful and are a pair of very personable young men. A credit to your organisation.

Thank you so much for your great order and delivery service last week. Washing machine broke, it was 11 years old so thought best replace rather than repair, from ordering with your sales guys at 9.30 delivered installed and working by 2.30 the same day. The deliver guys where helpful and careful too. Thanks again, great service, will use you again for other purchases.

The service that I received from start to finish has ensured that RDO will be my first point of call in the future. The salesman matched a cheaper price that I had found and ensured that he had the item in stock, which was then delivered the next day. The delivery men went as far as to install the dryer and ensure that it was working before they left. Cracking service, not a bad word to say about the whole experience.

We have used RDO several times over the past few years. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Recently I needed an integral washing machine to replace an old one that was in our house when we moved in. a few years ago I looked online then rang RDO to discuss installation. As always the lady who helped me was excellent. The two chaps who delivered it only a few days later, took away my old machine and installed the new one - they were absolutely excellent. Friendly, polite, efficient - really knew their stuff. Although I did not realise until they had left, they even tightened the hinge on the unit door of the dryer - they were fitting the washer! Much appreciated.

All in all - excellent choice of products, speed of delivery and fitting service. It is a pleasure to deal with professionals.

Over an hour spent in the shop - I would never have believed it, but I quite enjoyed it- with Chris who patiently showed us appliances and answered question.

All delivered on time with a helpful driver.

Fantastic service from friendly helpful knowledgeable sales people. We are having a new kitchen built and my husband and I visited briefly with our four year old grandson on a wet morning a couple of weeks ago - very very helpful staff, patient in the extreme on our initial investigation. Couldn't have been more helpful despite the young terror! Returned today with daughter but minus the grandson and Chris spent ages with us running through our appliance list explaining everything and demonstrating the equipment without hesitation.

He took time to ensure all our appliances matched so that they would look good in the new space which was a real bonus and one we probably would not have considered. He advised the pros and cons of each piece and had an answer to all our questions. Furthermore a tremendous range of goods in stock.

He then produced a detailed quotation for us so that we had all the information in one place so I didn't need to refer to my hastily scrawled scribblings. He honestly took the pain out of the selection process and as soon as we are in a position to purchase we will do so with complete confidence with RD0.

We used the store in Reigate and were looking at Neff, Elica and Liebherr ranges.

Ordered the item late Monday night and it arrived Wednesday morning, you can't get better then that. You do not pay online, instead they ring you to take payment, and Adam who my husband dealt with on the phone, could not have been more helpful, he went out of his way to contact Neff to find some very specific information for us, who were also very helpful. Everyone was very professional all the way through, including ringing us straight back with the information we needed.

I was a little nervous about buying from a website that's not a known brand without a personal recommendation, but was reassured by the independent reviews here. And my experience was also excellent. I found the fridge freezer I was after at a significantly lower price than anywhere else and called customer services becasue I wanted to check on delivery times before commiting to buy. Although the list price over the phone was higher, they immediately agreed to match the online price and confirmed free delivery. I ordered on Friday afternoon and it was delivered, as promised, on Monday morning. Great price, great customer service.

I ordered an oven through Tracy after a nightmare experience with Redhill appliances great customer service wished I had gone there at the beginning.
