I used this website as my bridesmaids could order their own as they did not live locally to me and they could recieve and return if needed depending on size. One of my bridesmaids ordered 2 pairs in 2 different sizes, sending the one back (within the returns policy they state) that did not fit...NO REFUND!! One bridesmaid ordered a pair...NO DELIVERY but payment happily taken even after going through numerous emails with them. My other bridesmaid ordered her pair but wanted a refund after all the trouble we were having and guess what...NO REFUND!! All I wanted was to have 3 bridesmaids in the same shoes as they were all in ballerina style dresses. I ended up having to buy 2 pairs of extra shoes from NEXT so at least two of my girls could have the same shoes on, my other bridesmaid wore the shoes from this company (which, infact were not of a great quality) and we ended up out of pocket!! Such a discusting service when they are dealing with peoples special day...AVOID at all cost and use your high street stores who have a good reputation and cannot hide behind the internet.

SHOES NOT RECEIVED. RETURNED SHOES NOT REFUNDED. OVER £200 OUT OF POCKET. NO APPROPRIATE RESPONSE TO REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION.

Nothing received after almost 3 weeks. They tried to say I should contact Royal Mail as they sent them out recorded delivery, but no tracking details were provided by them (although I don't think it should be me that does the chasing. I certainly would not recommend this company. I am so glad I paid via Paypal and I have raised a dispute.

I had the misfortune of using this website, but I advise you not to, the products are poor quality, the service is dreadful. Stay away other wise your big deal will be a lot more stressful.

Absolutely awful experience with this company. Ordered shoes, paid £130 to them, didn't like the shoes, they were really tacky looking so I followed the returns procedure to the letter, sent the shoes back recorded delivery. No sign of my money back a year later despite numerous emails, texts and letters. BEWARE - they have no phone number - now I know why. I will be attempting to take this dire organisation to a small claims court - I'm not tight - I just don't see why they should keep my money for no reason.

Purchased my girlfriends shoes from onlineweddingshoes, they arrived very quickly and where well wrapped, website was easy to navigate especilay for a man. I am told the shoes are a perfect match to the dress and good quality. I certainly racked up some brownie points with my girlfriend when the shoes arrived and my girlfriend thought I had spent alot more than i really had, so a big thank you to onlineweddingshoes from the groom who has a very happy bride to be and has been made to look like a real romanitc.......so worth every penny.

Just had to drop you a note to say thank you for the tremendous service I have recieved from online wedding shoes. I rodered a pair of Pasha shoes size 6 on Monday of last week and was amazed when they arrived on wednesday. I had not expected them to arrive for a couple of weeks.

Really prompt and efficient communication since I placed my order. The shoes I received where more beautiful than the pictures. The colour was a perfect match for my dress. Definitely will use onlineweddingshoes again, and would recommend their service.

Just received my shoes for my wedding next week. Left them to the last minute as I was let done by another company, shouldn't have worried onlineweddingshoes sent them by courier to make sure I got them ok and didn't charge any extra postage. Very pleased can't thank them enough they where so helpful. My shoes are fantastic. Have recommended them to my friends and would use again without a doubt
