Failed to deliver by the 19.15 timeslot given. No way to contact them as it's after their customer services close down.

Appalling Service

My parcel never left the shop it was dropped off at, I received an email telling me that they couldn't deliver to the correct address and it was being redirected - to the shop it had been dropped off at in a completely different city 2 hours away from where i live. When I asked them to sort it out and have it sent to the correct city, they told me there was nothing they could do until the expected delivery date which is over a week away (also a mistake? it is usually 2-3 days?)

So, my parcel never left the departure zone, was marked as delivered, when asked to rectify their mistake, they really could not have cared less or given any less effort to making good on what they have been paid to do. No remote care for customer experience, trust or delivering my parcel.

Please think twice before using this service, DHL is so much more reliable.

Incompetent & Useless

I will not buy goods from companies like Home of Brands or any other EBay company that uses Yodel in future.

I had to stand outside my house in the cold to flag the driver down to get my delivery. Even then they still managed to go to the wrong house!

I waited in for 3 days for the delivery. Twice they said they’d tried to deliver and had ‘missed me’. This was impossible as I was home, they simply lied. This is extremely poor service.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst delivery service I have ever received and their customer service is just as bad. Paid over £100 worth of stuff on Ninja, still haven't received it, but they "attempted" to deliver it twice, cancelled plans both days to stay in, followed the delivery tracker all day, sat by the door and phone and not a peep. Liars to say the least, no attempt was made and no card was left. I contacted them as soon as I got an email saying they attempted delivery and suddenly the driver is out of the area and I have to wait 24hrs, this happened twice... Shocking service, will never ever use them again, I'll be lucky if I even receive this package. They assume we all have nothing to do and don't have busy lives to just be sitting by the door for an "attempted delivery" package. Useless

Don’t Use Yodel

Parcel never arrived at Yodel collection store although I had many emails to say it had. Yodel not interested in helping me and could give me no update or information about the parcel at all. Company I purchased from also couldn’t get a response from Yodel… wish businesses would stop using this company to deliver their parcels!

Pathetic

They claim to have made an attempted delivery but they really didn't. My parcel is 3 weeks behind the scheduled delivery date. When you speak to someone they claim it will be delivered today because their drivers deliver till 9pm, this is just a ruse to get you off the phone. Disgusting, and shameful. Their management needs to wake up. I hope these guys go out of business. No one should ever think about using Yodel.

I deposited my parcel at the wine store on 19th December and was given a receipt. After Christmas when the parcel had not been delivered I got in touch with Yodel who said they had no record of receiving the parcel from the store. I went to th store who said all parcels had been handed over. Yodel said they would look into it. I now can’t talk to anyone at Yodel, just getting the recorded message ‘we are waiting to receive your oarxel’. Today is 10th January. Appalling service. Looks like they have managed to lose the parcel. How on earth do they manage that.

I would like to speak to someone regarding this but looks like I am blocked from speaking to anyone. What an awful company,

Dreadful As Always

Delivery from Nkuku (who Yodel should know supply crockery). Came home, no card behind door, found purely by chance a large box of crockery (emblazened with the name Nkuku on the box) behind a locked 6 foot wrought iron gate which could only have got there if it had been dropped over the gate. Guess what? all smashed. I though Yodel couldn't get any worse for customer service. Shows how wrong you can be. FY8 postcode if you want to identify the halfwit employed by you.

Ruined My Birthday And Misled About Delivery

 stated the item was delivered and it wasn’t they posted a picture that could have been anywhere in the world it was that vague. I complained and after an investigation they said in writing my parcel had been delivered to totally the wrong place. Then I asked for a failure to deliver letter because they admitted it was delivered elsewhere, they then said it had been delivered two weeks before I complained for the second time, I can’t believe the incompetence of the company. I filled in a form for the parcel to be delivered to a trusted neighbour, before they delivered, the item was taken to the wrong street and left outside, again total incompetence, what was the point in asking for an alternative delivery location if your incompetent delivery person wasn’t going to respect your wishes. If you ever shop on ebay make sure your item is not being delivered by this poor unprofessional company. They then told me I needed to go back to the seller, even though they admitted the driver had delivered to the wrong address and confirmed this on their satellite location verification. You can’t get any more incompetent if you tried. Avoid this useless company and use Royal Mail instead. If you can’t handle the Christmas business, don’t take on the extra volume.

For 2 days I've not had my delivery saying my house number wasn't supplied but I gave them the number on the live chat I was watching the app and contacted them immediately asked if they could contact the driver was told he couldn't do that I took a day off work on Friday for a delivery that didn't come and its still not here
