O.K you want to get things straight , then fine, stop acting like an ex customer , your boyfriend had no choice but to hand himself in, he has fleeced my company of thousands that i have spent years building up because i have always trusted people that worked for me, Once more i don't know where you get off putting on here that carpets we stock are rejects , cos they come straight from the manufacturers , stop putting such ridiculus comments on sites like this just because your boyfriend lost his job , Im sure who ever he is starting work for in march would love a reference from me ..

it's quite funny when an ex stealing employee who got arrested for this puts on an utter load of rubbish, funny thing is ever since he has gone , our company has never run so well , and as for our fitting teams , we do hundreds and hundreds of jobs a year , very rarely there may be an occasional mishap like with any business but its how we deal with that which sets us apart , we don't ask all our satisfied customers to do reviews , but if we did , we would have 5 stars , its only the odd customer who puts reviews on sites like this because they feel they have been let down but there are 2 sides to every story ,

Last Choice Carpets
We order a lounge carpet and lino for three other rooms,paid in full,over four weeks before arranging for the goods to be delivered and fitted. Empty rooms,cleaned and arranged for the new sofa to be delivered the following day. Half the carpet fitted, still waiting for the Lino to be complete in one room and sealed in the other rooms. No information from the staff as to when they are coming back. Called into the shop, manager was rude and then requested we come back later for a refunded and closed the shop ten minutes later. Not happy will be going to carpet right from now on.
Well i must say as the owner of our business , i have never heard of a carpet being just half fitted before , don't quite know why any fitter would do that , i would be interested please to know who you are , so i could look into this if that was the case, just in case your some sort of rival firm or fitter trying to hamper our reputation on sites like this by putting false allegatations , thankyou

Fantastic Value For Money , Much Cheaper Than Carpet Right
i have to say i was 100% satisfied with my lounge, hall , stairs and landing carpet that i just had fitted , i had a quote from carpet right first and i have to say i didn't like his pushy attitude to get a sale,as well as the price he quoted me, then i went to 1st choice carpets and i have to say the salesman that dealt with me was brilliant and wasn't pushy at all, and the price i got was so much cheaper than carpet right which i found funny as carpet right was suppose to have 60% off, and 1st choice didn't (con).Fantastic service from start to finish , have already recommended this local company to my friends as they can't believe the price we got..

Should Be Last Choice Carpets...do Not Use These Cowboys
well where do i begin? firstly got my quote wrong and cancelled my order and fitting date without informing me (floor to be layed is in a shop so had to close for the day)after re ordering a different product we got the mighty Mike to measure we were given a date, we empty kitchen and shop area for a monday 9am start , guess what they dont arive delivery van in accident (?) then later not delivered then product still in Nuneaton

Carpets Were Amazing For The Price
i was a bit reluctant to go with 1st choice carpets after reading a few of these review's, however after talking to the director who works at the shop, he did say that unfortunatly they did have some bad fitting team's that they got in, but after hearing about these complaint's, they no longer work for the company, and he did ensure me that they are now happy with the fitting team's they have, and i have to say we had no problem's with them whatsoever, very polite, helpful, and did an excellent job.
and i have to say i found the carpet i had to be exceptional value for money, as well as the underlay which was really thick for the price.
so i would totally recommend this company to anyone.
as we did have a quote from carpetright but 1st choice were so much cheaper

I had carpet and underlay fitted today, on time, excellent service very curtious carpet fitter it looks great. The whole experiance has been straight forward from visiting the well stocked store, discussing our choice with a very knowledgeable manager, agreeing a delivery and fitting date. I will be purchasing carpets in the new year and will definately be using this company again. Well done and thank you.

1st Choice Carpets In Devizes - Don't Purchase An
1st CHOICE CARPETS IN DEVIZES - don't purchase anything from them or have them to fit your underlay and carpets. they damaged the wallpaper in my hallway in several places bringing the carpet and underlay in. I have had to fill in the dents with polyfiller and then repaint over them. Luckily I had some paint left, but I could have done without the trouble of having to do it all. the fitters were totally inexperienced and had obviously not had any training in fitting carpets. They were slapdash and silly, instead of professional and caring. I would not recommend them.
