I don´t have anything bad to say about the trip. Everything was right, the drivers were on time for the pick up and the drop off.

I booked two transfers, One from Stansted Airport to Sudbury and another from Sudbury to Gatwick Airport, both for the same day. A total of 90 miles.

It was for sure a good choice, they offer the best prices in London and near by.

Taxi to airport never arrived and they never bothered to call to say why. Poor service. Useless.

After several calls I eventually got through and was told driver aparabetl you had a 'puncture' . If that were the case you'd have thought it would have been easy to make a phone call or to send another taxi.

I hate poor service and these guys are the epitome of it. Nobody wants the stress of missing a flight!

The worst...very unreliable company, do not use them !!! I had booked a car with this company, and they called me a few minutes after the pickup time to tell me that the car broke down. This is the second time they pulled out this excuse to me (first time on an airport pick up in Heathrow). They promised to find a solution, but were not reachable after during 15 minutes. In the end I had to take a taxi to go to the airport...nearly missed my flight. The best part is that they didn't even pay me back fully...Yes, they are cheap, but not so honest and you take a big risk with those guys !!!

Used their services for a whole day's London sight seeing tour, it was totally worth it, the driver was very friendly and the price was ok as well.

I found LondonAirportTransport online and I used for our tranfer from Gatwick to center of London. We were a group of 30 people.

I booked transfer on their website (londonairporttransport).

I received and email confirmation with the relevant information.

They booked for us 4 vans for 30 people.

When we arrived in London, all drivers (four) were waiting for us. They seemed to be people from Asia (maybe from India), but we didn't worried about that. They just transfered us to the hotel.

But on the return trip, which was at 03:30' in the morning, one driver did not appeared. The other drivers didn't know who the driver was and the worst of all, it was impossible to communicate with the company, because nobody answering the phone.

The other drivers behaviour was rude and they just asking their money for coming to hotel for us, and they didn't worried at all for the big delay and the possibility of loosing the airplane.

At the end and after 1 hour, one more driver appeared and we finally managed to get to Gatwick Airport.

They asked their money in advance and they didn't gave us a receipt.

I have traveled many times in London and this was the first time that have this difficult situation.

Be aware of this risky company: stay away from them. They are not proffesionals.

On my return trip I used this again and good service. Amazing value for money and amazing service. I would recommend to anyone.
